渠道銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò)銷售門店銷售建材家具/家居/家電
崗位職責(zé)：
1. 負(fù)責(zé)參與供應(yīng)商的開發(fā)、考察、商務(wù)洽談、引入和管理工作；
2. 負(fù)責(zé)擬訂銷售部、市場(chǎng)部年度、月度工作目標(biāo)、工作計(jì)劃并組織實(shí)施；
3. 負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)公司的年度銷售目標(biāo)和市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷計(jì)劃，分解、編制公司年度、季度、月度銷售目標(biāo)和計(jì)劃，制定年度銷售預(yù)算方案;
4. 負(fù)責(zé)拓展海外和國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)業(yè)務(wù)，組織線上與線下的營(yíng)銷策劃，完成公司既定月度、季度及年度銷售目標(biāo)；
5. 負(fù)責(zé)組織市場(chǎng)部和業(yè)務(wù)部門開展市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)，指揮重大營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作；
6. 負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，編制并執(zhí)行市場(chǎng)調(diào)研計(jì)劃，開展公司各業(yè)務(wù)市場(chǎng)的分析、預(yù)測(cè)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手情報(bào)收集與分析等工作，收集行業(yè)發(fā)展信息，并出具報(bào)告;
7. 負(fù)責(zé)擬訂銷售部、市場(chǎng)部管理制度與業(yè)務(wù)流程，并督導(dǎo)實(shí)施，包括營(yíng)銷團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、團(tuán)隊(duì)激勵(lì)、團(tuán)隊(duì)培訓(xùn)；
8. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作任務(wù)；

任職資格：
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，工商管理、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷類；
2. 5年以上在大中型企業(yè)從事外貿(mào)工作，家居行業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮；
3. 熟悉海外及國(guó)內(nèi)營(yíng)銷模式，了解新媒體和傳統(tǒng)媒體運(yùn)作模式；
4. 具有良好的協(xié)調(diào)、溝通和談判能力，做事細(xì)心和有責(zé)任心；
5. 具有流利的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)及優(yōu)良的英語(yǔ)讀寫能力；
