崗位職責：
1、負責組建跨境電商團隊及搭建部門管理體系；
2、負責搭建項目管理體系,建立強矩陣項目管理組織,制定矩陣KPI管理體系落地;
3、負責建立產(chǎn)品開發(fā)管理流程、管理職責、管理工具等；
4、負責項目過程的管理，確保交期和質量，協(xié)助客戶投訴處理；
5、負責全員培訓與發(fā)展計劃，提升員工的專業(yè)技能和綜合素質；
6、負責業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)分析，跟蹤每天銷售、庫存、轉換率等，根據(jù)市場變化調整業(yè)務策略；
7、負責收集競爭電商市場動態(tài)，不斷提升業(yè)務競爭力；
8、負責與平臺對接，爭取活動資源，熟悉平臺規(guī)則和政策；
9、完成上級主管安排的其他工作任務。

任職資格：
1、本科及以上學歷，市場營銷、工商管理、電商管理專業(yè)；
2、能快速學習、了解國內外客戶消費習慣;
3、熟悉主流跨境平臺的政策及運營技巧；
4、有跨境電商團隊管理經(jīng)驗能力優(yōu)先考慮；
具有優(yōu)秀的英語閱讀能力和口語表達能力，具有粵語口語能力優(yōu)先考慮。
