Key Responsibilities/主要職責(zé):

4. Continuously lead to monitor the quality performance at customer side for new product sample&0km returns & warranty. Lead cross function team to meet quality target 持續(xù)監(jiān)控客戶端新產(chǎn)品樣件，零公里和售后的質(zhì)量表現(xiàn)，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)跨部門團(tuán)隊(duì)達(dá)到客戶目標(biāo)
5. Lead the customer quality audit and follow up the finding closely timely.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)客戶質(zhì)量審核和及時(shí)跟進(jìn)關(guān)閉問(wèn)題
6. Identify customer requirements, transfer them to internal and work within team to provide the actions to meet customer requirements 識(shí)別和傳遞客戶需求到公司內(nèi)部，并提供措施滿足客戶要求
Qualifications and Competencies/任職資格及能力:
1. Experience in quality role for at least 5 years 至少5年的質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)

6. Prefer IATF16949, VDA6.3&6.5 experience IATF16949, VDA6.3&6.5經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
