JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (in addition job statement)
Planning 計劃
- Make a yearly sales plan for territory align with China aftermarket sales strategy
按照中國區(qū)后市場戰(zhàn)略制定區(qū)域年度銷售方案
- Follow up all customers in your responsible area, and develop stable relationship with customers
跟進所負責區(qū)域的客戶并發(fā)展穩(wěn)定的客戶關(guān)系
- Submit customer visit and potential customer development plan for each month
每月提交制定客戶拜訪及潛在客戶開發(fā)計劃
- Manage 3rd party development plan in responsible area
制定區(qū)域內(nèi)第三方的發(fā)展計劃
Sales 銷售
- Find all potential customers and ensure key customer relationship are managed, developed secure health sales channels。
負責區(qū)域的潛在客戶開發(fā),關(guān)鍵客戶的管理并維護銷售渠道。
- Prepare the proposal for customers with help of sales support team if necessary and negotiate with customers,and sign the contract
在銷售支持團隊的配合下,給客戶提產(chǎn)品方案及并與客戶進行項目談判,最終簽訂合同
- Update and submit sales report and competitors’ activities report of the region with monthly basis
更新每月銷售報告及競爭對手行動報告
- Keep learning and familiar with Metso aftermarket products on aftermarket business
持續(xù)學習并熟悉美卓關(guān)于后市場的相關(guān)產(chǎn)品
- Work closely with service & contract administration departments and make sure product delivery and operation meet customers’ requirements, and implement the contract successfully together.
與合同執(zhí)行及服務(wù)部門保持緊密聯(lián)系,確保產(chǎn)品的交貨和維護符合客戶的要求, 成功履行合同
- Weekly update on the Salesforce
每周更新Salesforce數(shù)據(jù)
- Meet annual sales target
完成年銷售目標
- Manage 3rd party sales align with territory sales target

Market Development 市場開發(fā)
- Develop new opportunities in your responsible area, keep a good relationship with the customers
在所負責區(qū)域內(nèi)持續(xù)開發(fā)新的銷售機會, 保持與所有客戶的良好關(guān)系
- Arrange high level contacts for Metso China management with key potential customers
安排重點潛在客戶與美卓中國區(qū)管理層的聯(lián)系
- Update current market information on aftermarket business
更新后市場業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)市場信息
- Develop marketing activity for aftermarket business in conjunction with Metso China marketing team
與美卓中國區(qū)市場團隊一起組織開發(fā)區(qū)域市場活動
- Support new products' market research and promotion
支持新產(chǎn)品的市場調(diào)查和推廣
- Manage 3rd party, using its ability and resource to enlarge and develop aftermarket sales
管理區(qū)域內(nèi)的第三方,借助其能力及資源擴大和開發(fā)后市場產(chǎn)品的銷售
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Mechanical degree or minerals processing degree with International Trade background preferred
機械工程或礦物加工專業(yè),并具有國際貿(mào)易背景優(yōu)先
- Solid Metso product knowledge
熟悉美卓產(chǎn)品
- Good selling skill, initiative, good communication and negotiation skill
良好的銷售技巧,積極主動,善于溝通及良好的談判技巧
- Teamwork player
團隊合作
- Good command of Windows , office software, Sales Force software and etc
熟練掌握Windows,office等軟件
- Capability of learning quickly, especially on process and mechanical
在機械和工藝加工專業(yè)方面快速的學習能力
- Good presentation skill
良好的報告演示技巧
- Able to frequently travel
能適應頻繁出差
- Preferred good command of verbal and written English
熟練掌握英語口語和寫作者優(yōu)先
