Main responsibilities 主要職責 Business Controlling & Financial Reporting ? Lead financial cost center planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts for the company, ensuring alignment with short-term objectives and strategic goals. ? Ad hoc analysis per business requirement Internal Control & Compliance ? Implement and monitor global internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure compliance. ? Conduct periodic risk assessments and lead remediation of internal/ external audit findings. ? Partner with the Tax Manager to ensure accurate monthly tax filings (VAT, CIT, surcharges), transfer pricing compliance, and adherence to local/ international tax regulations. Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration ? Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving sustainable growth through cross-functional collaboration and financial discipline. ? Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. ? Liaise with regional/global HQ teams to standardize processes and align with corporate strategies. To succeed 任職條件 Essential ? Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance major. ? 5+ years' working experience in financial management position. ? Rich experience with SAP ERP system and PBI is must. ?
