Job Description:
  1. Responsible for vegetable project development and management, reporting progress to relevant leadership promptly.
  2. Assist warehouse operations by registering all purchase orders into the inventory system.
  3. Support the procurement of daily consumables for the warehouse.
  4. Handle direct delivery order processing and shipment tracking.
  5. Execute purchasing tasks for other assigned products as directed by management.
Job Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2 years of purchasing assistant experience with fundamental procurement knowledge; proficient in Excel.
  2. Responsible and proactive work ethic with strong accountability; demonstrates initiative in communication and reporting.
  3. Organized and logical approach to work; capable of cross-departmental coordination and effective work planning.
  4. CET-6 English proficiency (or higer level); skilled in writing emails and basic oral communication.
