Job responsibilities：
-Design, deploy, and maintain complex IT infrastructure and system, including Office 365, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams and networking.
-Plan and implementation of IT infrastructure and system upgrades, migrations, and hardware/software integrations.
-Design, deploy, and maintain overall IT infrastructure and networking, including Huawei, Cisco, Switch, Router, Firewall, WLC, CCNP or HCIP.
-Develop and maintain comprehensive user manual and documentation for systems, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
-Collaborate with deploying the security policies, implement security measures, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
-Support for troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical issues for Asia users.
-Work with vendors to evaluate and select hardware and software solutions that align with the company's requirements.
-Conduct system audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate measures to enhance security and performance.
-Participate in capacity planning and scalability assessments to ensure the systems meet future business needs.
-Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements and innovations to enhance IT infrastructure.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects, providing technical expertise and support during the planning and execution phases.

experience
?Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
?Proven experience (3+ years) in managing IT infrastructure and cloud services.
?Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals...) are a plus.
?Hands-on infrastructure deployment or support experience with Azure clouds.
?Sole deployment, support of services/applications is advantage.
?PowerShell, Bash scripting hands-on experience is advantage.
?Proven experience (3+ years) working with complex IT environments and network.
?Corporate office IT or racks with hardware running productive services move experience.
?Fluent English
?Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
?Solid understanding of modern IT field, data management and storage principles, hybrid IT architecture, network and hardware: e.g., Huawei network.
?Understanding principles of TCP/IP stack, network protocols and topologies, DNS, DHCP, modern OS, FS, troubleshooting of Windows, Linux, MS Office 365 family, web services.
?Understanding tunnelling technologies especially IPSec is a plus.
?Knowledge of backup solutions for VM Image, MS Office 365.
?Certification in cloud technologies especially in Microsoft Azure, network CompTIA Network + or Cisco CCNA, IT hardware, CheckPoint solutions, ITILis a plus.
