我們正在為一家德國(guó)高端汽車制造商的數(shù)字化服務(wù)項(xiàng)目招聘一名全職實(shí)習(xí)生，工作地點(diǎn)為北京，實(shí)習(xí)期自2025年9月1日起開始。
崗位職責(zé)：

協(xié)助規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)業(yè)務(wù)、質(zhì)量保障與數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)開發(fā)之間的接口。
協(xié)助管理數(shù)字化產(chǎn)品生命周期，重點(diǎn)參與技術(shù)與運(yùn)營(yíng)管理、客戶洞察與創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目以及數(shù)據(jù)分析。
與相關(guān)利益方部門溝通，協(xié)助達(dá)成協(xié)調(diào)與妥協(xié)。
作為中國(guó)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)與全球團(tuán)隊(duì)之間的溝通橋梁。
準(zhǔn)備并展示管理層決策模板和相關(guān)報(bào)告。
根據(jù)公司或客戶的安排，協(xié)助完成其他任務(wù)，確保與各團(tuán)隊(duì)高效協(xié)作。

任職要求：

正在攻讀或剛完成商科、工程、數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)的本/碩士學(xué)位。
對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)開發(fā)和數(shù)字化產(chǎn)品生命周期管理有濃厚興趣。
具備優(yōu)秀的邏輯思維與問(wèn)題解決能力，能夠應(yīng)對(duì)復(fù)雜問(wèn)題。
樂(lè)于接受新主題和挑戰(zhàn)，具有敏捷思維方式。
熟練使用Microsoft Office，尤其是 Excel 和 PowerPoint。
具備良好的溝通能力，能夠高效協(xié)作并與相關(guān)方保持良好互動(dòng)。
能夠使用商務(wù)英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行交流；掌握中文或德語(yǔ)者優(yōu)先。
主動(dòng)積極，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)。

For one of our customer
projects in the field of digital services in the automotive industry (German
Premium OEM) we are looking for a motivated intern from 1st of September 2025 in Beijing, full time.
Your Tasks:
·
Support the planning and design of the interface
between business, quality assurance, and data-driven development.
·
Assist in managing the Digital Product Life Cycle by
focusing on Technical & Operational Management, Customer Insights &
Innovation projects, and Data Analysis.
·
Communicate with stakeholder departments and help work
out compromises.
·
Serve as a communication interface between the Chinese
and global project teams.
·
Prepare and present management decision templates and
reports.
·
Provide support for any other tasks assigned by the
company or its clients, ensuring effective collaboration with other teams.
Your Profile:
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in
  Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
- Strong interest in data-driven development and
  digital product lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
  with the ability to think logically and approach complex situations.
- Open to working on new topics and challenges,
  demonstrating an agile mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and
  PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to
  effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business English; proficiency in
  Chinese or German is a plus.
- Strong initiative and a high sense of
  responsibility.
