崗位內(nèi)容: 1. 制定公司品牌視覺標(biāo)識(shí)體系,提升企業(yè)品牌形象; 2. 負(fù)責(zé)各種平面設(shè)計(jì)、包裝設(shè)計(jì)、POP設(shè)計(jì)、互動(dòng)新媒體設(shè)計(jì)等工作; 3. 參與公司宣傳渠道的規(guī)劃、策劃及實(shí)施、通過創(chuàng)新的設(shè)計(jì)語言,為產(chǎn)品及公司形象塑造建立更具競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的視覺形象。 任職要求: 1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,平面設(shè)計(jì)或者相關(guān)專業(yè),5年以上品牌設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn); 2. 對(duì)于品牌推廣,視覺形象設(shè)計(jì)以及與用戶交互體驗(yàn)有很深的理解; 3. 具備出色的平面視覺表現(xiàn)能力以及不斷創(chuàng)新和開拓的精神,習(xí)慣快速根據(jù)需求響應(yīng),按時(shí)保質(zhì)高效完成設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)。 Job Responsibilities: Develop the company’s visual identity system to enhance corporate brand image and ensure consistency across all touchpoints . Lead design projects across print, packaging, POP (Point-of-Purchase), and interactive new media, delivering creative solutions tailored to diverse marketing needs . Plan and execute branding strategies for promotional channels, leveraging innovative design language to build competitive visual assets for products and corporate identity . Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design or related fields (e.g., Visual Communication, Art Design). Minimum 5 years of brand design experience, with a proven portfolio in brand identity development . Expertise Requirements: Deep understanding of brand strategy, visual identity design, and interactive user experience, enabling seamless integration of brand elements into user-centric solutions . Skills & Competencies: Exceptional visual design execution capabilities and proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) . Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting to emerging design trends . Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines, balancing efficiency with meticulous attention to detail .
