Sales Engineer/specialist, you will be responsible for the sales activities within existing accounts and to pursue new accounts. This is a great opportunity to utilize your ability to create new relationships, provide valuable solutions to your customers, and represent products that have a solid, positive industry reputation.
Sales Engineer/ Leads Responsibilities: (report to sales manager (China Region)
? The Candidates will have the overall responsibility for account management including:
o Growth of existing accounts within the territory.
o Developing new accounts within the territory.
o Presenting new product solutions to existing accounts and new markets.
? Learn new products and solutions as they become available.
? Conduct presentations and sales calls at designated target account sites.
? Maintain and develop customer relationships through 24/7 customer service including pricing, quotes, delivery and technical assistance.
? Work closely with customers to define product requirements.
? Maintain detailed records and communications as needed.
? Expedite existing orders while working closely with purchasing and manufacturing.
? Provide new product information and technical training to customers.
? Reports daily activities and maintains target accounts in company's CRM software and four week calendar.
? Interacts professionally on a regular basis with staff, vendors and the general public.
? Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed.
Account Manager / Sales Manager - the background you’ll need:
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
? Minimum 3-5 years of experience with industrial automation sales.
? Desire to grow professionally.
Preferred background:
? Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
? Experience selling in one of the following markets:
o Pharmaceutical
o MACs and Distributions
o Process Industry Oil and Gas
? Experience in industrial sales strongly preferred
? Travel approximately 50% of the time.
? Track record of over-achieving quota.
? Experience working with CRM.
? Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management

**銷售工程師/銷售主管– 所需背景:**
- 學士學位或同等工作經驗。
- 至少3-5年工業(yè)自動化銷售經驗。
- 有職業(yè)發(fā)展的意愿。
**優(yōu)先背景:**
- 電氣或電子工程學士學位。
- 在以下市場之一的銷售經驗:
- 制藥行業(yè)
- MACs和分銷
- 流程工業(yè)(石油與天然氣)
