空運(yùn)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: ?Daily communication and coordination with air export CS and OP teams ?Reporting (ANR, space utilization, monthly report of volume/GP) ?Monitoring local market fluctuation and sharing rate/space/service and other market updates withbranches and air team ?Sharing the responsibility of maintaining relationship with local airlines offices ?Settle accounts with airlines/subcontractor/vendors ?Perform other duties as needed and requested.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: ?Monitor BSA fulfilment.

?Analyze ANR after EQ or consolidation.

?Assure maximum efficiency and utilization of the carrier base to reduce air transportation costs and improve margins.

?Co-loader quality management.

?Assist air product team on future BSA planning.

?Work on process efficiency, e.g. productivity.

?Team management and people development, identify and develop talent on gateway function.

QUALIFICATIONS: ?Oral English capability, be able to teamwork with global cross functions. ?Skills good written English.

?Good PC skills especially in Microsoft Office. ?Be able to tackle internal or external challenge. ?Team-working, conscientious, approachable, strong ability to manage and resolve problems.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: ?College degree or above. ?10+ years working experience in international logistics company or airlines is preferred. ?8+ years working experience on booking/gateway function or airlines sales/account manager
