Responsible for managing and developing corporate accounts and corporate meeting accounts within assigned territory / market segment to generate sales and achieve hotel sales plan and profit targets.
在指定范圍內(nèi)負責(zé)開展與公司客房及會議客戶的良好關(guān)系,以確保和增加酒店銷售指標完成
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES業(yè)務(wù)及職責(zé)
1. Prospect and develop strong relationships with meeting planners, convention organizers, associations, corporate and commercial accounts within assigned territory to grow sales revenue and achieve annual sales plan.
在指定業(yè)務(wù)范圍內(nèi)規(guī)劃并發(fā)展與公司客房及會議客戶的良好關(guān)系,從而確保酒店銷售指標完成
2. Act on and respond to all enquiries and requests for proposals within 24 hrs.
對所有客戶要求在24小時內(nèi)予以回復(fù)
3. Formulate a systematic approach to developing sales plans and activities to support account set in order to achieve maximum return on sales call productivity.
建立系統(tǒng)的銷售活動計劃以更有效的開展客戶,從而確保酒店銷售額的最大化
4. Solicits through personal call additional sales accounts from assigned accounts.
積極發(fā)展利用私人關(guān)系以擴大客戶范圍
5. Coordinates with Front Office, F&B, Banquet, Housekeeping and other related department to ensure the highest level of customer service for our accounts.
為了更好地位客戶提供服務(wù),加強與前廳、餐飲、客房及其它部門合作配合
Maintains an up-to-date record of all sales activities and account profiles within the sales management system.
負責(zé)在銷售管理系統(tǒng)中及時更新工作進程
7. Submits the following reports on a weekly basis, a summary of sales activities, forward sales plans, competitive and market intelligence and any other report as may be required.
每周上交以下報表:每周銷售活動情況,下周銷售計劃,競爭者和市場分析和其它報表
8. Participates actively at assigned trade shows, sales blitz and sales trip to gain exposure for the hotel and secure sales leads.
參加會展和開展銷售掃樓及出差等活動,以擴大銷售范圍
9. Attends weekly sales meetings and other meetings as assigned by Director of Sales or his/her Assistant.參加每周由銷售總監(jiān)或其助理主持的會議
10. Performs other duties as required by his supervisor or head of department

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
1、College degree preferably in business administration or related discipline.
2、5 years experience in a hotel of international standard.
3、Personable, aggressive and assertive.
4、Excellent written and oral communication skills.
5、Fluent in English, Putonghua or one other language.
6、Understanding the hefei market landscape.
7、Must have strong relationships with key company accounts, corporations .
