Key Responsibilities: 1) Support the process design team to implement and complete the oil & gas process system FEED and Detail Design work 2) Guide junior process engineers & check their deliverables, e.g. review equipment and instrumentation datasheets, line & equipment sizing and relief valve sizing calculations. 3) Support to provide schedule development, scope of work and manpower estimation as well as quality assurance of process design deliverables. 4) Review the customer's documents, specifications, data sheet, FEED design verification and calculations, and raise optimization proposals. 5) Perform process simulation analysis & design calculation, PFD / PID process optimization, and process equipment selection and sizing, provide inputs for C & E diagram, control narratives, shutdown philosophies. 6) Support Operation and Control Philosophy, Process Design Basis, Overall Utility Consumption. 7) Participate in Process Hazard Analysis, HAZIDs, HAZOPS, LOPA, facility siting studies etc , 8) Prepare and support responses to technical questions from Client, Class, Vendors and Third Party Key Qualifications 1) Bachelor degree or above in chemical or oil & gas engineering with at least 8 years related process engineering experience 2) Ideally directly participated or led the topside process design works (incl. FEED and detailed design) for FPSO / Production platform 3) Skillful in using ASPEN HYSYS / Flaresim simulation program, knowledge of PipeNet, SPI and Aveva Diagram 4) Proven experience of Classification Rules and related Offshore Standards / Regulations .
