我們正在招聘一位兼具科研能力與應(yīng)用轉(zhuǎn)化思維的科研人員,主導(dǎo)和參與皮膚組織相關(guān)的器官芯片/類器官模型開發(fā)項(xiàng)目。研究方向涵蓋皮膚屏障功能、炎癥性皮膚病、皮膚老化、創(chuàng)傷修復(fù)等模型的構(gòu)建,以及針對(duì)化妝品活性成分、藥物、營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分的功效與安全性評(píng)價(jià)。該崗位將同時(shí)面向前沿科研探索與商業(yè)化應(yīng)用落地,為化妝品、個(gè)人護(hù)理和皮膚醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域提供高效、可重復(fù)、可量化的功效驗(yàn)證平臺(tái)。
We are seeking a highly skilled and application-oriented scientist to lead and participate in the development of skin organoid and organ-on-chip models. Research areas include the construction of models for skin barrier function, inflammatory skin diseases, skin aging, and wound healing, as well as efficacy and safety evaluation of cosmetic actives, pharmaceuticals, and nutritional ingredients. This role bridges cutting-edge scientific research with commercial applications, delivering efficient, reproducible, and quantitative efficacy evaluation platforms for cosmetics, personal care, and dermatology.
崗位職責(zé) / Key Responsibilities
? 獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)并執(zhí)行皮膚類器官/器官芯片模型的構(gòu)建與優(yōu)化,包括表皮、真皮、毛囊、微血管等模塊化體系;
Independently design and implement the construction and optimization of skin organoid/organ-on-chip models, including modular systems for epidermis, dermis, hair follicles, and microvasculature.
? 針對(duì)不同應(yīng)用需求,建立多類型皮膚功能評(píng)價(jià)模型(屏障修復(fù)、保濕、美白、抗氧化、抗炎、抗老化等);
Establish diverse skin function evaluation models tailored for various applications (barrier repair, hydration, whitening, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-aging).
? 結(jié)合紫外線照射、污染物暴露、炎癥因子、微生物干預(yù)等方式模擬皮膚真實(shí)環(huán)境,并開展活性成分功效機(jī)制研究;
Simulate realistic skin environments using UV irradiation, pollutant exposure, inflammatory stimuli, or microbial intervention, and study the mechanisms of active ingredients.
? 負(fù)責(zé)建立和優(yōu)化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化功效評(píng)價(jià)體系(TEWL、屏障修復(fù)速率、黑色素生成量、膠原和彈性蛋白定量、細(xì)胞活性及炎癥指標(biāo)檢測(cè)等);
Develop and optimize standardized efficacy evaluation systems (TEWL, barrier repair rate, melanin quantification, collagen/elastin quantification, cell viability, and inflammatory marker analysis).
? 應(yīng)用成像與分子檢測(cè)手段(共聚焦顯微鏡、活細(xì)胞成像、免疫熒光、形態(tài)學(xué)量化分析、qPCR、ELISA等)進(jìn)行多維度表型分析;
Conduct multi-dimensional phenotypic analysis using imaging and molecular techniques (confocal microscopy, live-cell imaging, immunofluorescence, morphological quantification, qPCR, ELISA, etc.).
? 推進(jìn)與化妝品研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)、生物材料工程師、臨床皮膚科醫(yī)生等的跨領(lǐng)域合作,支持新成分篩選、功效驗(yàn)證與申報(bào);
Collaborate across disciplines with cosmetic R&D teams, biomaterials engineers, and clinical dermatologists to support ingredient screening, efficacy validation, and regulatory submissions.
? 參與客戶項(xiàng)目的方案設(shè)計(jì)與結(jié)果匯報(bào),確保研究成果滿足法規(guī)、市場(chǎng)及知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)要求;
Participate in client project design and reporting, ensuring deliverables meet regulatory, market, and intellectual property requirements.
? 撰寫高質(zhì)量中英文技術(shù)報(bào)告和科研論文,支持商業(yè)推廣材料的科學(xué)化呈現(xiàn)。
Prepare high-quality technical reports and scientific publications in both Chinese and English, and contribute to scientifically sound marketing materials.

任職要求 / Qualifications
? 擁有皮膚生物學(xué)、生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程、干細(xì)胞、生物材料或相關(guān)專業(yè)的博士學(xué)位(碩士學(xué)歷且具備豐富行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者亦可考慮);
PhD in Skin Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Stem Cells, Biomaterials, or a related field (Master’s degree with extensive industry experience will also be considered).
? 熟悉皮膚細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)、3D皮膚構(gòu)建體系、類器官或器官芯片模型開發(fā);
Proficient in skin cell culture, 3D skin model construction, and organoid/organ-on-chip development.
? 具備皮膚功效評(píng)價(jià)(保濕、美白、抗炎、抗氧化等)或皮膚疾病模型研究經(jīng)驗(yàn);
Experience in skin efficacy evaluation (hydration, whitening, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant) or skin disease modeling.
? 有化妝品、個(gè)人護(hù)理產(chǎn)品或藥妝研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
Prior experience in cosmetics, personal care products, or cosmeceutical R&D is preferred.
? 熟悉皮膚安全性評(píng)價(jià)(刺激性、光毒性、致敏性等)相關(guān)方法者優(yōu)先;
Familiarity with skin safety evaluation methods (irritation, phototoxicity, sensitization) is a plus.
? 熟悉成分篩選、高通量檢測(cè)與數(shù)據(jù)分析流程;
Knowledge of ingredient screening, high-throughput testing, and data analysis workflows.
? 具備良好的項(xiàng)目管理與客戶溝通能力,能夠在科研與市場(chǎng)需求之間實(shí)現(xiàn)有效銜接;
Strong project management and client communication skills, with the ability to bridge scientific research and market needs.
? 具備扎實(shí)的科研寫作與中英文表達(dá)能力。
Solid scientific writing and bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English.
