崗位職責(zé):
Based on group logistics strategy and local factory operation plan, to proposal and get approval of local Logistics Annual Plan;
Establish and continuously improve complete logistics processes, working procedures and update job responsibilities under Group logistics guidance;
Ensure trade compliance;
Be responsible for logistics data integrity, accuracy and timeliness;
Lead logistics team to implement Logistics Annual Plan, regularly check progress, take corrective action when required;
Strong mindset of cost control and business acumen, effectively control logistics cost to achieve annual cost target while maintaining pledged service level;
Be responsible to handle emergencies, timely resolve logistics issues in order to minimize our total cost while support operation;
Be responsible for recruitment, training, and developing team;
Seamless and proactive communication with Group and regional logistics peers, relevant stakeholders in relevant department to ensure the execution of logistics operation locally and globally;
Other assignments from supervisor;
Qualification
Bachelor degree, prefer in logistics, supply chain, operation management or relevant area;
8-10 year logistics experiences in manufacturing environment
Profound knowledge in logistics industry and familiar with logistics operation processes, procedures and practices;
Proactively communicate with external agencies, suppliers and internal relevant departments to maintain healthy relationship; timely alert the company the changes of local regulations to secure compliance;
Establish and improve processes according to Group logistics requirement and plan;
Be able to understand and follow Group logistics strategy as well as local factory development needs, to proposal and implement Logistics Annual Plan, monitor progress to ensure realization of agreed targets.
