1. 統(tǒng)籌稿件審稿流程,提升評審效率與質(zhì)量 獨立協(xié)調(diào)和推進(jìn)學(xué)術(shù)稿件的外審流程,包括遴選合適的審稿專家、發(fā)送評審邀請、跟進(jìn)評審進(jìn)度,并確保在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)完成同行評議,保障審稿質(zhì)量與效率。
2. 執(zhí)行稿件編輯與出版任務(wù),保障排版規(guī)范與時效性 負(fù)責(zé)初審后稿件的語言與格式規(guī)范性檢查,協(xié)助完成文章版面設(shè)計、校對與在線發(fā)布,確保稿件在平臺發(fā)布前的各項標(biāo)準(zhǔn)符合期刊規(guī)范與出版要求。
3. 維護(hù)期刊日常運行與內(nèi)外部溝通機制 作為期刊運營核心成員,與主編、編委、作者及審稿人建立并保持高效、專業(yè)的溝通機制,解決稿件處理過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,提升期刊的專業(yè)形象與工作效率。
4. 監(jiān)測學(xué)科動態(tài),助力期刊內(nèi)容優(yōu)化與發(fā)展 定期跟蹤并分析本刊所覆蓋學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的研究熱點、發(fā)展趨勢及重點課題,配合策劃專題欄目與選題征稿,提升期刊內(nèi)容的前沿性與學(xué)術(shù)價值。
5. 協(xié)助建設(shè)專家資源庫與提升作者滿意度 建立和完善審稿人及潛在作者數(shù)據(jù)庫,主動拓展高質(zhì)量稿源,提升作者體驗與期刊影響力,為期刊后續(xù)發(fā)展提供數(shù)據(jù)支持與戰(zhàn)略建議。
二、任職要求
1. 學(xué)歷背景 本科及以上學(xué)歷,碩士或博士學(xué)歷者優(yōu)先;如果是博士學(xué)歷,需具備扎實的學(xué)術(shù)素養(yǎng)和良好的科研理解能力。
2. 專業(yè)方向 專業(yè)不限,具有跨學(xué)科理解能力或編輯出版相關(guān)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。
3. 語言能力 具備良好的英文文獻(xiàn)閱讀與書面表達(dá)能力,非英語專業(yè),需大學(xué)英語六級;英語專業(yè),需專業(yè)八級。
4. 計算機技能 熟練掌握Microsoft Office系列軟件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint等);掌握LaTeX排版、圖文編輯工具(如Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop等)者優(yōu)先。

Position Title: Assistant Editor
I. Job Responsibilities
1. Coordinate Manuscript Peer Review
Process to Enhance Efficiency and Quality
Independently manage the external peer review workflow for academic
manuscripts, including identifying suitable reviewers, issuing review
invitations, and tracking progress to ensure timely completion of peer
evaluations with high standards of quality.
2. Execute Editorial and Publishing
Tasks to Ensure Formatting Standards and Timeliness
Review accepted manuscripts for language and formatting compliance; assist in
layout design, proofreading, and online publication to ensure all materials
meet journal standards and publication requirements.
3. Maintain Journal Operations and
Internal/External Communication Mechanisms
Act as a key member of the journal’s editorial operations, maintaining
efficient and professional communication with editors-in-chief, editorial board
members, authors, and reviewers to resolve issues during manuscript processing
and uphold the journal's professional reputation.
4. Monitor Academic Developments to
Support Content Optimization and Growth
Regularly track and analyze research trends, hot topics, and key areas within
the journal’s scope to assist in thematic planning and targeted calls for
papers, enhancing the journal’s academic value and relevance.
5. Support Development of Reviewer &
Author Networks and Improve Submission Experience
Build and maintain a reviewer and author database, actively expand high-quality
content sources, enhance author satisfaction, and provide data-driven insights
and strategic support for journal development.
II. Qualifications
1. Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university; Master’s or Ph.D.
preferred. Candidates with doctoral degrees should demonstrate solid academic
literacy and a strong understanding of scientific research.
2. Academic Field
No specific major required. Applicants with interdisciplinary comprehension or
experience in academic editing/publishing are preferred.
3. Language Proficiency
Strong reading and writing skills in English. For non-English majors: minimum
CET-6 (College English Test Level 6); for English majors: TEM-8 (Test for
English Majors Level 8) required.
4. Technical Proficiency
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with
LaTeX typesetting and graphic editing tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop) is
a plus.
5. Communication and Execution Skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities; logical thinking with
multitasking capabilities; able to work efficiently in team settings and manage
project execution smoothly.
6. Learning and Adaptability
Strong willingness to learn and self-motivate; able to quickly adapt to the
pace and requirements of editorial workflows through active participation in
job training, including lectures, online courses, and one-on-one mentorship.
III. Compensation & Benefits
1. Competitive Salary Structure
Offers a highly competitive salary:
- Bachelor’s degree: starting no less than RMB 6,000/month
- Master’s degree: starting no less than RMB 8,000/month
- Doctoral degree: starting no less than RMB 15,000/month
Final compensation will be determined based on educational background,
relevant experience, and prior work performance.
