現(xiàn)場管理質(zhì)量管理設(shè)備管理新能源電子/半導體/集成電路電氣機械/電力設(shè)備
崗位職責：
1.嚴格執(zhí)行本車間區(qū)域的作業(yè)流程和規(guī)范，負責生產(chǎn)體系的實施與維護，保證人機料法環(huán)各項和諧的運作；
2. 負責本車間的基礎(chǔ)管理工作：人員排班、考勤、各種報表、現(xiàn)場管理、安全、問題解決等；
3. 負責本車間區(qū)域的機器設(shè)備、原材料、場地、燈具、空調(diào)、生產(chǎn)用品等生產(chǎn)設(shè)備及物資管理；
4. 負責本車間生產(chǎn)過程和結(jié)果中的質(zhì)量控制，提出質(zhì)量目標、要求和標準；
5. 負責本車間上下工序與工序之間的交接、銜接工作；
6. 根據(jù)公司相關(guān)目標制定本班組目標，并將目標分解至各崗位人員；
7. 嚴格執(zhí)行本班組生產(chǎn)計劃，按照計劃組織、安排生產(chǎn)工作；確保完成本班組任務(wù)；
8. 負責生產(chǎn)異常的處理和改善追蹤；
9. 在生產(chǎn)過程中不斷研究、創(chuàng)新，提出提高生產(chǎn)效率、降低能耗、更高品質(zhì)獲得、人員管理等方面的方法或措施，并與主管部門及時溝通；
10. 完成上級交辦的其他任務(wù)及整理好負責區(qū)域的6S工作。
任職要求：
1. 本科及以上學歷，機械、電子、自動化或工業(yè)工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2. 制造型企業(yè)3年以上工作經(jīng)驗，2年以上鋰電行業(yè)同崗位工作經(jīng)驗；
3. 熟練掌握現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)管理及品質(zhì)管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)知識，熟練掌握品質(zhì)管理相關(guān)統(tǒng)計技術(shù)，有較強的語言表達能力、計劃與執(zhí)行能力、人際溝通能力。
