信領(lǐng)達(dá)（杭州）軟件有限公司是美國(guó)NextLabs, Inc. 在中國(guó)的獨(dú)資子公司。NextLabs 是由美國(guó)著名的企業(yè)家Keng Lim 創(chuàng)建的。在過(guò)去的15年里，他創(chuàng)建了許多公司：Approach Software, Kiva Software, Escalate, and Sygate Technologies. 其中，Kiva Software 被美國(guó)最有名的網(wǎng)頁(yè)瀏覽器公司網(wǎng)景 (Netscape) 收購(gòu)，Sygate Technologies 被美國(guó)最大的殺毒軟件公司塞門鐵客 (Symantec) 收購(gòu).
NextLabs 和 IBM, SAP 是合作伙伴。IBM已經(jīng)有專門的銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)幫我們做銷售；預(yù)計(jì)在三年里能夠做到5千-1億美元的銷售額。我們已經(jīng)有很多不同的客戶，其中比較主要的有：美國(guó)最大的金融服務(wù)公司摩根士丹利(Morgan Stanley)和高盛(Goldman Sachs), 及其他行業(yè)的主要公司。

NextLabs is founded by Keng Lim, a proven entrepreneur who has played a pivotal role over the last 15 years in the creation of such well-known Internet and software companies as Approach Software, Kiva Software, Netscape, Escalate, and Sygate Technologies. He founded several companies and sold them to well known companies such as Netscape and Symantec. He is a partner of 9 venture capital funds.
NextLabs, Inc. is a leading developer of policy-driven, information risk management software for enterprises.
