Responsibilities職位描述: ? Employer Branding Build-up: Provide guidelines, materials and organize activities to promote DPDHL brand to attract /retain candidates. Sourcing strategy: Manage recruitment strategy and process, maintenance and development of resourcing and candidate tracking systems. Determine and advise on recruitment methods, channels and selection tools. Assessment and Selection: Work with SMT to define key position recruitment needs, establish role requirements, sourcing plan and execute the sourcing plan. Provide professional recruitment service to fill vacancy and build-up pipeline for company.. ? 人才評估與篩選:與公司高級管理團(tuán)隊(duì)確認(rèn)關(guān)鍵崗位招聘需求、崗位要求、篩選方案并貫徹落實(shí)。提供專業(yè)的招聘服務(wù)完成空缺崗位招聘并為公司建立人才儲(chǔ)備。 ? Budget Management: Plan national recruitment budget according to annual HC AOP and activity planning. Reasonably allocate recruitment budget and monitor the usage to achieve the maximum support to business. ? 預(yù)算管理:根據(jù)年度HCAOP及活動(dòng)計(jì)劃制定全國招聘預(yù)算。合理分配預(yù)算并監(jiān)控預(yù)算使用以實(shí)現(xiàn)對業(yè)務(wù)最佳支持。 ? Other Projects: Participate global projects and provide feedback from region perspective. Lead local projects to make sure it is executed as expected. (Such as campus hiring, school-enterprise cooperation and Management trainee program etc.). ? 項(xiàng)目管理:參與全球的項(xiàng)目并代表區(qū)域提出反饋意見。發(fā)起并帶領(lǐng)本土的項(xiàng)目落地,實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期。(如校園招聘,校企合作,管理培訓(xùn)生項(xiàng)目) In this position you need to have任職要求: ? Bachelor Degree or above, 8-10 years relevant HR experience. ? 大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,8-10年人力資源相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) ? Both in-house and agency firm background are preferred. ? 擁有甲乙雙方工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。 ? Project management skills ? 項(xiàng)目管理技能 ? Ability to conduct talent inventory to diagnose talent gap, and design talent acquisition strategy. ? 具備對公司人才現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行盤點(diǎn),識別人才需求并制定人才吸引策略的能力 ?
