Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the product financial process for DWS (Digital workplace solutions) Services Offering across ROW. Responsible for the annual Budgeting of upsell services by offering by market by segment.
2. Support forecasting and closing process of upsell services, and investment return analysis by offering by market by segment.
3. Support working with the GMs, Sales & Operation team, WW HQ to develop the financial process, BMS, measurements, analytics.
4. Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
5. Implement and work with a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports.
6. Provide weekly, monthly forecasting of the financial & operational outlook vs. the targets.
7. Provide explanation on key business drivers based on the business results.
8. Provide recommendations on actions to be taken to improve on the business outlook.
9. Independently drive the actions with the respective stakeholders.
10. Ensure good quality and in-depth analysis (Financial & Operation) to support recommendations for business decisions.
11. Drive ad hoc projects relevant for the re-engineering of processes and to support any changes in business models.
12. Collaborate with the respective functional teams (Accounting, Legal, Tax, Pricing, Business Control, Geo & Region Finance) to provide the support to ensure the efficiency of processes and a strong control posture.
