YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales targets through scientific promotion and communication with the market department.通過科學(xué)推廣實現(xiàn)銷售指標(biāo)。
- Create and maintain the image of the company and product through professional academic visits.通過科學(xué)拜訪,建立和維持公司產(chǎn)品形象。
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including client data management.開發(fā)及維持客戶關(guān)系,包括客戶數(shù)據(jù)維護。
- Be in charge of scientific activities, including cost management.負(fù)責(zé)科學(xué)推廣及預(yù)算控制。
- Complete CRM visits, provide timely feedback to the market department, and complete sales reports.完成CRM拜訪,及時向市場部反饋銷售情況,及時完成銷售數(shù)據(jù)報表。
- Carry out activities organized by the sales and market departments.執(zhí)行銷售部及市場部組織的各項活動。
- Deliver scientific promotion with strong education and professionalism independently (for Sr. Medical Representative and Medical Specialist).能夠獨立進行專業(yè)和有力的科學(xué)知識推廣。
- Play an independent role as a medical professional and support DSM in coaching the team for product learning and client data analysis.
- 能夠獨立進行客戶管理,支持地區(qū)經(jīng)理的管理工作,如對團隊成員進行產(chǎn)品知識培訓(xùn),銷售數(shù)據(jù),客戶數(shù)據(jù)分析等。
WHO YOU ARE
- Higher than college degree (大專以上文化程度).
- Holding an effective RDPAC certification (具有有效的RDPAC證書): Must for Sr. Medical Representative and Medical Specialist, preference for Medical Representative.
- Relevant working experience (工作經(jīng)驗): Junior Medical Representative (MR): No requirement, but a medical/clinic education background is required. 無需工作經(jīng)歷,醫(yī)療教育背景優(yōu)先; Medical Representative (MR): At least 2 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry; a clinical medical education background is preferable.至少兩年工作經(jīng)驗,醫(yī)療教育背景優(yōu)先; Senior Medical Representative / Medical Specialist: At least 3 years of working experience in a sales function; experience with top 10 key competitors is preferred.
- 至少三年工作經(jīng)驗,醫(yī)藥行業(yè)領(lǐng)先公司候選人優(yōu)先。
