生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量管理通用設(shè)備制造專用設(shè)備制造貨運(yùn)/物流/倉儲
主要職責(zé)：
Lead and support lean transformation (e.g. Daily Management, Material Flow, Quality Control)
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和支持精益轉(zhuǎn)型（如日常管理，物料流，質(zhì)量控制）
Guide and coordinate subcontractor collaboration, especially in warehouse operations (e.g. receiving, inspection, shelf layout)

Improve site productivity and operational efficiency

職位要求：
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related field
工程、運(yùn)營或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or site operations
5年以上制造、裝配或現(xiàn)場運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Familiar with lean tools (5S, Kaizen, PDCA, visual management)
熟悉精益工具（5S, Kaizen， PDCA，可視化管理）
Strong coordination and cross-cultural communication skills
較強(qiáng)的協(xié)調(diào)和跨文化溝通能力
Fluent in both English and Chinese (mandarin)
