職位概要： Job Summary
會計部顧問主要負責(zé)協(xié)助外商投資企業(yè)的設(shè)立以及其正常經(jīng)營情況下的會計記賬，報稅及其它特定項目的會計及稅務(wù)工作。
主要職責(zé)：（基本功能）Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)
● 為外商投資企業(yè)提供關(guān)于會計方面的咨詢服務(wù)，包括但不限于：
Provide FIEs with various accounting-related services including but not limited to:
○ 對于中華人民共和國所適用的企業(yè)會計準則的遵守
Ensure compliance with the applicable P.R.C. laws, regulations, codes and
rules of accounting
○ 按照國家會計制度的規(guī)定，記帳、算帳、報帳
Make bookkeeping, accounting and reporting in accordance with applicable
accounting regulations of P.R.C.
○ 妥善保管客戶會計憑證、帳簿、報表等檔案資料
Maintain and securely store the accounting vouchers, accounts and other
documents of the clients
○ 協(xié)助客戶完善內(nèi)部資金管理, 正確解答客戶相關(guān)財務(wù)管理咨詢
Assist the customers to improve internal capital / fund management, provide
proper consultancy related to financial management of the clients
○ 定期分析檢查賬務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時準確解決
Regular analysis and checking of accounting data, identifying and settling
problems in a timely and accurate manner
● 稅務(wù)服務(wù)及咨詢
Provide services and advisory relating to taxation
○ 為客戶及時編制及申報納稅業(yè)務(wù)，如：個人所得稅，增值稅，企業(yè)所得稅等
Prepare and submit tax returns in time on behalf of the clients such as Individual Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Corporate Income Tax, etc.
○ 負責(zé)對財務(wù)工作有關(guān)的外部及政府部門，如稅務(wù)局、財政局、銀行、會計事務(wù)所等聯(lián)絡(luò)、溝通工作
Be responsible for communication with various government authorities and
other related companies, including the tax authority, public finance office,
banks and CPA firms

Participate in accounting and taxation services relating to ad-hoc projects
for clients

Excellent in Chinese GAAP and China tax law
· 準確、有效地為多個客戶用英文獨立編制會計憑證，記賬及財務(wù)報表，
Independently prepare accounting vouchers, ledgers and financial statements in English in a timely, accurate & efficient manner for multiple clients (Wholly Owned Foreign Invested Enterprises / Representative Offices)
· 為客戶提供可靠的會計，稅務(wù)及相關(guān)報告
Provide reliable information relating to accounting & tax compliance and
reporting package upon Clients’ request

· 良好的中英文口語及寫作能力
Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
· 能夠適應(yīng)經(jīng)常有時間期限性質(zhì)的工作，靈活
Be flexible enough to adapt to working under tight deadlines
· 誠實可靠、工作細致，注重團隊合作精神，能夠有效的解決問題
Reliable and accurate; with effective problem-solving skills and ability to

· 熟悉操作辦公軟件和至少一種財務(wù)軟件
Familiar with office software and at least one type of financial software

教育背景 Educational Background
· 會計或稅務(wù)專業(yè)，學(xué)士或?qū)W士以上學(xué)位
Bachelor/above degree, major in accounting or taxation
經(jīng)驗 Experience
· 有1-2年全資外商投資企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗或會計外包相關(guān)經(jīng)驗
1-2 years full-time related working experiences in Wholly Owned Foreign
Invested Enterprises or an accounting outsourcing team in an
accounting/consulting firm or similar role experiences
