This role provides an opportunity to work with advanced technology platforms and lead the pharmaceutical discovery trends. You will also have the chance to engage in face-to-face exchanges with pharmaceutical experts from multinational companies.
工作職責 Job Responsibilities 運用振動圓二色光譜(VCD)提供專業(yè)、準確的手性分子絕對構型解析服務; 為各種手性分子提供結構解析,尤其是絕對構型解析,統(tǒng)籌管理團隊內VCD測試與解析業(yè)務需求,根據(jù)客戶需求及時提供方案、報價與報告等; 熟練操作振動圓二色光譜儀,進行儀器定期維護; 跟蹤文獻,提高解析平臺的服務能力。 Provide professional and accurate absolute configuration analysis service on chiral molecules with utilizing vibrational circular dichroism (VCD). Develop structure elucidation strategy for various chiral molecules, especially the absolute configuration, manage the VCD testing and analysis, and provide solutions, quotations and reports in a timely manner according to client’s requirements. Be skilled in the operation of vibration circle dichroism spectrometer, and perform regular instrument maintenance. Track the literature and improve the service capability of the absolute configuration analysis platform.
任職要求 Job Requirements 計算化學、分析化學、藥學或相關專業(yè)博士學歷,具備良好的分析化學、有機化學基礎; 能夠熟練使用高斯軟件、熟悉VCD、ECD等絕對構型解析方法,有相關經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先; 具備良好的溝通能力和團隊協(xié)作精神,具備較強的學習能力與解決問題的能力; 具有良好的英文基礎, 能夠有效地進行有關科學信息的溝通與表達; 能適應快速的工作節(jié)奏,能夠承受較強的工作壓力。 Possess a Ph.D. degree in Computational Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field, with a strong foundation in analytical chemistry and organic chemistry. Proficiency in Gaussian program and absolute configuration analysis methods, such as VCD and/or ECD, having experience related to VCD preferred. Exhibit excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit to effectively interact with colleagues, and exhibit strong competence in learning and solving problems. Have good English skills to support effective communication and presentation of scientific information. Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and have the ability work under high pressure.
