氣箱質量8D電氣機械/電力設備
崗位職責
Customer issue management, proactively work to close
quality issues timely and reduce the big complains from the
customer side. Hold meeting with cross function team for investigation,
analysis and follow up action plans.
客訴質量問題處理，及時關閉客訴，部門間良好溝通與協(xié)調(diào)，能夠組織會議對質量問題進行調(diào)查，分析和制定改善措施并追蹤執(zhí)行。
Be responsible for in process nonconformity, closure with corrective action and
preventive action.
負責制程不良問題的改善，制定改善措施和預防措施。
Be responsible for new product quality risk evaluation，push R&D & ME, related departments problem solving
負責新產(chǎn)品質量風險評估，推動研發(fā)，ME, 相關部門問題解決
Improve product quality through quality tools, customer feedback, etc. 能夠應用常規(guī)質量工具進行品質改善。
Lead quality statistical analysis and prepare quality report. 進行質量數(shù)據(jù)分析，完成相應質量報表或報告。
Handle other tasks assigned by leader. 領導要求的其他工作事項。
Qualifications:
Education Background教育背景: Bachelor degree in
engineering or relate. 本科學歷，工學位
Job Experience工作經(jīng)驗:
Above 5years’ working experience about quality or
engineering at MV electric industry.
5年以上中壓電氣領域質量或工程工作經(jīng)驗。
Skills:
Key Ability Requires關鍵技能: Familiar with GIS & mechanic products process
flow and quality control. 熟悉充氣柜產(chǎn)品及機構生產(chǎn)工藝
和質量控制。
Familiar with 8D, FMEA, CP and 6 Sigma quality tools. 熟悉8D, FMEA, CP , 6 Sigma等質量工具。
Basic English communication with oversea customer is required基本的英語溝通是必要的
