MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Implement and maintain local HR policies, practices, programs and systems consistent corporate value and full familiarity and efficiency with legal environment labor law and responsibilities of company. 2. Responsible for staffing and employment management. Maintain all personnel records and file as required and appropriate. Coordinate with employee activity, employee meeting, etc. 3. Monitor, evaluate, and administer C&B system and related matter, update policy related to social benefit. 4. Conduct job analysis, edit and maintain job descriptions. 5. Responsible for timely effective recruitment, develop, maintain and evaluate the recruitment channels. 6. Selection and promotion of the organization, seeks opportunities for cost-effective training of associates. 7. Maintains contact with associate groups and prepares to support the process of conflict resolution. 8. Responsible for all matters relating to Admin including canteen, transportation and cleaning, etc 9. Other jobs assigned by direct supervisor. Requirement: 1. BA Degree in human resources, or relevant specialties 2. At least 8 year HR management working experience, preferably in manufactory MNC or JV 3. Good communications and interpersonal skill, team player 4. Action oriented, independent and self-motivated, be reliable 5. English proficiency and good PC literacy
