崗位職責
Role & Responsibilities
· 根據區(qū)域銷售經理制定的銷售計劃,全面具體地負責管理指定地區(qū)的銷售工作;
· 掌握所轄地區(qū)的市場動態(tài)和發(fā)展趨勢,并根據市場變化情況作出具體的區(qū)域營銷計劃;
· 負責所轄區(qū)域內的客戶管理,與該地區(qū)主要客戶建立長期穩(wěn)定的合作關系;
· 負責所轄區(qū)域在產品銷售過程中的各種突發(fā)事件的協(xié)調、處理;
· 完成上級領導交辦的其他任務
· In accordance with the sales plan formulated by the regional sales manager, be comprehensively and specifically responsible for managing the sales work in the designated area.
· Keep abreast of the market dynamics and development trends in the area under your jurisdiction, and formulate specific regional marketing plans based on the changes in the market situation.
· Be responsible for customer management within the area under your jurisdiction, and establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships with the major customers in that area.
· Be responsible for coordinating and handling various emergencies that occur during the product sales process in the area under your jurisdiction.
任職要求
Requirements 
  - 3 年以上建材行業(yè)相關工作經驗; 
   - 良好的客戶關系維護與開發(fā)能力; 
   - 良好的Office軟件應用。 
   - ??埔陨蠈W歷 
   - More than 3 years of relevant working experience in the building
materials industry.    - Possess good abilities in maintaining and developing customer
relationships.    - Be proficient in using Office software.
