Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB)

Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become a global wealth manager with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

- 提供新產(chǎn)品培訓，幫助客戶獲得更好的理財市場信息和解決辦法。根據(jù)客戶財務需求，提供合適的財富管理經(jīng)驗和良好的客戶體驗。

- 幫助客戶經(jīng)理獲得并加深客戶信任，提高滿足客戶財務需求的有效性和質(zhì)量。

- 利用先進的技術專長，加強客戶對匯豐在財富管理市場上的領先形象。

- 幫助客戶經(jīng)理梳理客戶財務組合，根據(jù)市場和政策變化，判斷潛在機會并管理風險，對客戶持有產(chǎn)品進行相應調(diào)整

- 陪同客戶經(jīng)理約見客人，并基于產(chǎn)品和解決方法提供專業(yè)建議

- 如果客戶經(jīng)理發(fā)現(xiàn)了客戶需求只是保險，可以直接推薦給保險專家，保險專家可以繼續(xù)銷售并獨立完成銷售流程。

- 利用專長給客戶經(jīng)理提供輔導和培訓

- 活動量要求：客戶產(chǎn)品組合回顧；參與客戶約見；小組培訓和個別輔導；客戶沙龍；角色扮演等

要求

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- 6年以上相關工作經(jīng)驗，如保險專家或財富管理專家

- 或1年以上WPB支行行長經(jīng)驗

- 良好客戶溝通能力，能基于客戶需求提供建議

- 熟悉財富管理相關產(chǎn)品知識以及相關政策規(guī)定

- 熟悉外部市場包括市場環(huán)境，新產(chǎn)品推出以及對目前產(chǎn)品市場的理解

- 能夠深度挖掘客戶需求

- 熟悉銷售流程

- 熟悉國際反洗錢規(guī)則

- 具有團隊合作精神

- 熟悉國際和國內(nèi)相關法律規(guī)定

- 在某一領域特別擅長優(yōu)先，比如房地產(chǎn)規(guī)劃/退休規(guī)劃/家庭保障/教育規(guī)劃等。
