ANASYS電子/半導(dǎo)體/集成電路
崗位職責(zé)： 負(fù)責(zé)功率半導(dǎo)體器件及模塊的寄生參數(shù)仿真和信號完整性的仿真。包括但不限于電感、電容、電阻、信號反射等參數(shù)的提取和分析。 進行功率模塊的溫度仿真、芯片布局優(yōu)化以及封裝材料和互連界面的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變仿真。 協(xié)助硬件工程師進行方案迭代，為功率半導(dǎo)體器件的設(shè)計和開發(fā)提供仿真技術(shù)支持，解決設(shè)計過程中的電磁兼容性等問題。 使用專業(yè)仿真軟件，如ANSYS Maxwell、HFSS等，建立準(zhǔn)確的仿真模型，確保仿真結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性和可靠性。 參與產(chǎn)品的測試和驗證工作，將仿真結(jié)果與實際測試數(shù)據(jù)進行對比分析，對仿真模型進行修正和優(yōu)化。
