崗位職責(zé)： 1、能夠積極主動配合組長完成游戲功能開發(fā)； 2、能夠分析常見的性能瓶頸； 3、研發(fā)各類工具、游戲算法、編輯器，方便策劃開發(fā)； 4、能夠與上下游部門積極合作，提高團(tuán)隊整體效率。 崗位要求： 1、有至少一款大型3D項目的完整經(jīng)驗； 2、精通Unity3D引擎； 3、擅長C#、Lua、C++，熟悉熱更、自動化構(gòu)建、測試等； 4、熟悉游戲框架設(shè)計； 5、了解常用的設(shè)計模式； 6、思維敏捷，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，有較高的自我管理和任務(wù)跟進(jìn)、推動能力； 7、善于溝通，有良好的團(tuán)隊合作精神，抗壓能力強(qiáng)。
