職位描述
DCDC電源汽車研發(fā)/制造汽車零部件
根據(jù)公司的產(chǎn)品戰(zhàn)略和規(guī)劃，主導系統(tǒng)級的需求分析、產(chǎn)品實現(xiàn)、測試驗證和質(zhì)量改善。
1、主導產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中涉及的客戶需求、系統(tǒng)接口、應用環(huán)境、系統(tǒng)測試和驗證，確保產(chǎn)品滿足系統(tǒng)要求，追求客戶和用戶滿意。
2、制定產(chǎn)品路線和戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，收集市場、客戶新技術和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量改善的需求，并推動落實。
3、管理新產(chǎn)品的預研和概念開發(fā)，協(xié)調(diào)跨功能開發(fā)小組工作。
4、負責客戶的系統(tǒng)功能技術接口，收集、整理并發(fā)布系統(tǒng)相關技術文檔，作為產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的輸入，解釋系統(tǒng)需求。
5、主導產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中系統(tǒng)級別的開發(fā)工作，如系統(tǒng)FMEA，系統(tǒng)評審，系統(tǒng)集成發(fā)布和交付，系統(tǒng)變更，系統(tǒng)售后和服務工作。
要求：
1、機械工程、電子工程、軟件、自動化等專業(yè)學士及以上，碩士優(yōu)先；
2、汽車行業(yè)三電，OBC車充，DC-DC的，PDC電驅(qū)控制，新能源電源類產(chǎn)品研發(fā)經(jīng)驗背景的人優(yōu)先，2年以上工作經(jīng)驗，溝通學習能力比較強的人。
