職位描述

工裝設(shè)計(jì)注塑工裝CAXACATIA電氣機(jī)械/電力設(shè)備通用設(shè)備制造工業(yè)自動(dòng)化
1、大學(xué)及以上機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2、具有2年以上結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有多部門(mén)集成開(kāi)發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3、熟悉機(jī)械加工工藝和模具工藝，能熟練使用一至兩種常見(jiàn)機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)軟件（如CATIA/SOLIDWORKS/Creo/ZW3D等），熟練掌握非標(biāo)機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)和工程圖出圖標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
4、對(duì)金屬、塑膠等常用工程材料性能有深入了解，能夠根據(jù)不同需求選擇合適材料；
5、具備良好動(dòng)手能力，熟練操作常用機(jī)械工具，如電批、力矩扳手等，熟悉常見(jiàn)的機(jī)械裝配工藝，能夠獨(dú)立開(kāi)展零部件裝配，對(duì)過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題可以快速分析并制定解決方案，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)功能
1、配合結(jié)構(gòu)工程師完成水下產(chǎn)品工裝及輔助配套設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)開(kāi)發(fā)工作，包括但不限于如下工作內(nèi)容：方案設(shè)計(jì)、可加工性分析、裝配工藝分析、詳圖設(shè)計(jì)等；
2、獨(dú)立完成產(chǎn)品研發(fā)過(guò)程中的結(jié)構(gòu)件定制、生產(chǎn)、試裝、測(cè)試等過(guò)程跟蹤活動(dòng)，能夠在指導(dǎo)下完成分析定位并解決問(wèn)題；
3、參與HMN產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)，根據(jù)產(chǎn)品裝配、測(cè)試、運(yùn)輸?shù)刃枨?，開(kāi)展相應(yīng)工裝設(shè)計(jì)，輸出滿足各場(chǎng)景功能要求的工裝方案，完成詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)、外發(fā)加工、裝配調(diào)試等。
