總裝設(shè)計(jì)工藝設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目管理總裝工藝沖壓工藝裝配工藝主機(jī)廠新能源汽車汽車研發(fā)/制造新能源
職責(zé)描述:
1、根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的項(xiàng)目開發(fā)計(jì)劃制訂制造工程計(jì)劃;
2、負(fù)責(zé)汽車新工廠項(xiàng)目工藝規(guī)劃、工廠布局、工廠/設(shè)備規(guī)格制定;
3、負(fù)責(zé)汽車新工廠項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)/建設(shè)的'項(xiàng)目管理:4、負(fù)責(zé)新車生產(chǎn)導(dǎo)入項(xiàng)目品質(zhì)培育、成本管理、交期管理 工作;
5、負(fù)責(zé)新車生產(chǎn)導(dǎo)入項(xiàng)目項(xiàng)目管理;
6、負(fù)責(zé)汽車數(shù)字制造的同步工程、計(jì)算機(jī)生產(chǎn)過程仿真工作;
7、負(fù)責(zé)汽車制造工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、工藝文件、制造管理體系建設(shè)工作;
任職要求:
1、30-55 歲，汽車、機(jī)械、機(jī)電一體化等相關(guān)專業(yè),大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷;
2、具有汽車主機(jī)廠5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有合資/外資汽車企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮:
3、熟悉機(jī)械組裝及相關(guān)行業(yè)產(chǎn)品的裝配工藝和工裝夾具設(shè)計(jì)，具備相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn);
4、熟練應(yīng)用2d、3d繪圖軟件和使用辦公自動(dòng)化軟件;
5、有工藝指導(dǎo)、改進(jìn)能力;
6、熟悉自動(dòng)化與半自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)模式，具備小改造設(shè)計(jì)能力，協(xié)調(diào)性好，條理清晰;
7、有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心，對(duì)待問題需要有一種持續(xù)改進(jìn)，追求更高目標(biāo)的源動(dòng)力;
8、能接受長期出差，
