1.1 內(nèi)部職責
? 代表首席執(zhí)行官(CEO)與管理團隊、員工及其他相關(guān)方就CEO的戰(zhàn)略計劃相關(guān)事宜進行直接溝通
? 作為CEO辦公室與內(nèi)部部門之間溝通的橋梁,通過展現(xiàn)領(lǐng)導力維護與高層管理團隊之間的信任、支持及信譽
? 與CEO緊密合作,確保其及時了解即將到來的承諾與職責,并進行適當跟進。作為“晴雨表”,敏銳感知環(huán)境中發(fā)生的問題并及時向首席執(zhí)行官匯報
? 通過建立對組織成功至關(guān)重要的關(guān)系展現(xiàn)領(lǐng)導力,并管理首席執(zhí)行官的各類特殊項目,其中部分項目可能對組織產(chǎn)生影響
- 陪同首席執(zhí)行官參與內(nèi)部及外部會議,記錄會議紀要并協(xié)助跟蹤后續(xù)行動
? 優(yōu)先處理沖突需求;迅速、主動地處理事務(wù),并確保項目成功完成,往往面臨截止日期壓力
? 在與工作區(qū)域內(nèi)外的員工及各級管理層互動時,建立積極的工作關(guān)系
? 提供或收集具有敏感性和時效性的信息
? 在公司內(nèi)部建立牢固的工作關(guān)系,以確保高效協(xié)作并營造積極參與的工作氛圍,同時與其他管理團隊成員的行政助理合作,以確保高績效、以客戶服務(wù)為導向的工作環(huán)境
? 領(lǐng)導由CEO指派的跨職能/SWAT項目
? 跟進CEO指派的其他項目任務(wù)
1.2 外部關(guān)系
? 作為PDCN的關(guān)鍵聯(lián)系人,負責維護與外部利益相關(guān)者及同行組織之間的良好關(guān)系
? 通過與外部利益相關(guān)者合作舉辦重要活動和宣傳 campaign,提升品牌曝光度
1.3 行政助理角色
? 為首席執(zhí)行官完成各類行政任務(wù),包括管理極為繁忙的日程安排、起草和準備有時涉及機密內(nèi)容的文件、安排復雜詳盡的差旅計劃、行程安排及議程,以及整理與差旅相關(guān)的會議文件
? 規(guī)劃、協(xié)調(diào)并確保首席執(zhí)行官的日程安排得到嚴格執(zhí)行和尊重。
- 擔任“守門人”和“門戶”角色,為直接獲取首席執(zhí)行官的時間和辦公室資源創(chuàng)造雙贏局面
? 在提交給首席執(zhí)行官審批前,審核來自各職能部門的文件及其他材料
? 在需要時,為首席執(zhí)行官處理所有行政任務(wù)
2. 職位要求:
? 工商管理、經(jīng)濟學、社會科學或相關(guān)專業(yè)學士學位
? 豐富的從業(yè)經(jīng)驗:3-5年支持首席執(zhí)行官的工作經(jīng)驗
? 強大的組織能力,能夠高效處理并優(yōu)先處理多項任務(wù),同時具備卓越的細節(jié)關(guān)注能力

1 Responsibilities
1.1 Internally
? Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with management team, Staff, and others on matters related to CEO's programmatic initiatives
? Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management level
? Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated
? Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects for the CEO, some of which may have organizational impacts
- Accompany CEO to participate in some internal and external meetings, capture meeting minutes and help to track follow up actions
? Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
? Foster positive relationships while interacting with staff and various levels of management from within and outside of the Working area
? Provide or gather information often of a sensitive and timely nature
? Build strong relationships within the company to ensure efficient and effective collaboration fostering an atmosphere of engagement, as well as with administrative assistants of other management team members to ensure a high performance, customer service-oriented work environment
? Leads cross-functional/ SWAT projects assigned by CEO
? Other assignment projects to follow up assigned by CEO
1.2 Externally
? Acts as a key contact of PDCN and manage good relationships with external stakeholders and peer organizations
? Builds good brand exposure in partnering with external stakeholders for key events and campaigns
1.3 PA role
? Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, composing, and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
? Plans, coordinates, and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected.
- Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time and office
? Reviews documents and other parts from Functions before submitting to CEO for approval
? Conducts all administration tasks for CEO when required
2. Job Requirement:
? Bachelor in business administration/ Economics/ Social Science or related field
? Strong work tenure: 3-5 years of experience supporting CEO
? Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
? Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners
? Expert level written and verbal communication skills
? Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
? Emotional maturity
? Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
? Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
? Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and response
