- 準(zhǔn)確、準(zhǔn)時地執(zhí)行所指派的單位運營職責(zé)，為實現(xiàn)最高的商品供應(yīng)水平做出貢獻。
- 在職責(zé)范圍內(nèi)遵循宜家所有健康、安全與安保規(guī)定及要求，積極幫助員工預(yù)防與員工、顧客、設(shè)備、建筑和宜家產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的事故。
