Job Description:
1. Assist the supervisor in managing mechanical design personnel, and projects, and ensuring the timely completion of mechanical design tasks.
2. Lead the technical proposal formulation and feasibility assessment during the RFQ phase of new projects.
3. Responsible for mechanical design and design review of products, able to create 3D data, and 2D drawings, and perform tolerance allocation and dimension chain analysis according to ISO standards.
4. Participate in and lead the design failure mode and effects analysis (DFMEA).
5. Collaborate with project engineers and coordinate with optical engineers, electronic engineers, suppliers, etc., to advance project development.
6. Responsible for prototype part production, assembly structure analysis, and optimization tasks.
7. Collect, analyze, and organize relevant data related to automotive interior and exterior parts and ambient lighting products.
8. Provide technical support for other departments on relevant product-related technical issues.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by senior leadership.
Qualifications:
1. Associate degree or higher in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, materials science, or related fields.
2. Over 5 years of experience in automotive interior and exterior design, ambient lighting, and door inner pull handle work, proficient in CATIA, UG, and other modeling software.
3. Familiar with relevant regulations, standards, and development processes for automotive interior/exterior products, ambient lighting, etc.; has in-depth experience in automotive structural design.
4. Master product assembly and tolerance fitting knowledge, and able to perform dimension chain analysis.
5. Understanding of optical, electronic, CAE analysis, and injection molding/plating processes.
6. Basic proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), familiar with MS Office software.
7. Strong ability to handle pressure and excellent communication and coordination skills.
8. Knowledge of systems such as ATF16949, ISO14001, ISO27001, and ISO45001.
