Responsibilities
- Implementing company's product marketing strategies, policies and plans in China.
- In alignment with business lead the local product branding, portfolio management, product transfer, price management, product sales price management, sales related reporting, BI analysis reporting etc.
- Administers market research and analysis to identify new sales potentials and to develops the existing market segment.
- Provides oversight to the product portfolio, including price and profitability tracking.
- Conducting projects to increase sales with existing customers, introduce new products and services, and acquire new customers.
- Manages customer requests for quotation, coordinates feasibility analyses, and provides price recommendations.
- Supports the sales channels and team through maintaining and developing existing business, while offering and developing technical, financial and product-related marketing information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (business administration, sales & marketing or similar) ; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.
- Above 2 years Sales & Marketing Experience (Related General Industry, Hydraulic is preferred).
- Technical Knowledge of Accumulator products (all types) and Hydraulic Systems.
- Sales and Marketing, Product and market (segments) expertise.
- Fluent English language skills preferred.
- Must have strong communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate through all levels of the organization, with external customers.
- Able to use Office Software and analysis system tools (Skype, Teams, CRM, ERP System, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Web, Databases, etc).
- Strong analytical skills, strong observation capability, consciously rigorous, high discipline, dedication, open-minded and self-confidence, high work enthusiasm, good team work spirit, self-motivated.
