職位職責(zé) / Key Responsibilities:
1. 算法開發(fā)與優(yōu)化: 負責(zé)電機控制算法(如PID、FOC、狀態(tài)估計等)的設(shè)計、仿真及嵌入式軟件實現(xiàn),提升系統(tǒng)性能與能效。
Algorithm Development & Optimization: Design, simulate, and implement motor control algorithms (e.g., PID, FOC, state estimation) in embedded systems to enhance performance and energy efficiency.
2. 嵌入式軟件開發(fā): 基于ARM/Cortex或DSP平臺開發(fā)實時控制軟件,確保算法高效運行并與硬件系統(tǒng)無縫集成。
Embedded Software Development: Develop real-time control software on ARM/Cortex or DSP platforms, ensuring seamless integration with hardware
systems.
3. Python工具鏈開發(fā): 使用Python搭建算法建模、仿真及自動化測試工具鏈,加速開發(fā)流程。
Python Toolchain Development: Build Python-based tools for algorithm modeling, simulation, and automated testing to streamline workflows.
4. 跨部門協(xié)作: 與硬件、測試及產(chǎn)品團隊緊密溝通,推動技術(shù)方案落地并解決工程問題。
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with hardware, testing, and product teams to implement solutions and resolve engineering challenges.
5. 技術(shù)文檔: 編寫設(shè)計文檔、測試報告及算法說明書,確保知識可傳承。
Technical Documentation: Prepare design specs, test reports, and algorithm manuals for knowledge sharing.
任職要求 / Qualifications
1. 教育背景: 電機工程、自動化、計算機科學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士及以上學(xué)歷。
Education: Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. 工作經(jīng)驗: 5年以上電機控制算法開發(fā)經(jīng)驗,有量產(chǎn)項目經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
Experience: 5+ years in motor control algorithm development, with preference
for experience in mass production projects.
3. 技術(shù)能力:
· 精通電機控制理論(如磁場定向控制、狀態(tài)觀測器)及算法實現(xiàn)。
· 熟悉嵌入式軟件開發(fā)(C/C++),具備RTOS或裸機開發(fā)經(jīng)驗。
· 熟練使用Python進行算法建模、仿真及自動化測試。
· 熟悉電機驅(qū)動硬件架構(gòu)及常見通信協(xié)議(CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C)。
Technical Skills:
· Expertise in motor control theory (e.g., FOC, state observers) and algorithm
implementation.
· Proficient in embedded software development (C/C++) with RTOS or bare-metal experience.
· Skilled in Python for modeling, simulation, and automated testing.
· Familiar with motor driver hardware architectures and protocols (CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C).
4. 軟技能: 出色的溝通能力,具備跨團隊協(xié)作經(jīng)驗及技術(shù)方案講解能力。
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with experience in cross-team collaboration and technical presentations.
5. 加分項: 有機器人、新能源汽車或工業(yè)自動化領(lǐng)域經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
Preferred: Experience in robotics, EVs, or industrial automation is a plus.
