RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Dispose the non-conforming lot with failure analysis, product, testing and reliability departments, find root cause, define corrective actions and preventive actions, and follow up for the close loop. 生產(chǎn)異常處理,受影響物料風(fēng)險評估,改善措施和預(yù)防措施持續(xù)跟蹤; 2. Provide FA report, 8D report for customer failure complaint case, confirm root cause, solution, CAPA etc. 輯寫客戶FA報告,8D報告,和內(nèi)部工程部門協(xié)作,對客戶遇到的電感相關(guān)失效做根因分析,制定改善和預(yù)防措施; 3. NPI supporting, working with the other engineering department to complete inductor in the new product qualification and NPI process. 新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入,對接本公司其它工程部門,完成新產(chǎn)品中使用的電感的驗證、評估和量產(chǎn)導(dǎo)入; 4. Inductor supplier quality management and continues improvement. 供應(yīng)商資質(zhì)審核,實施質(zhì)量策劃(APQP),持續(xù)質(zhì)量提升; REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor degree or above, from electronics related, at least 2 years’ experience in supplier quality management, it’s better to have experience on inductor design, NPI, manufacture managers etc.. 本科及以上,有至少2年或以上供應(yīng)商管理經(jīng)驗,或者有電感設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)NPI工程師工作經(jīng)驗; 2. Have experience on handling customer quality complaint by FA report, 8D report. 有FA,8D的工作經(jīng)驗; 3. Strong communication skill, logic thinking, team work; 溝通能力強(qiáng)、邏輯思維清晰、團(tuán)隊合作; 4. Smooth English in both speaking and writing流利的英語表達(dá),書寫。
