A. Job Responsibilities 工作職責(zé)
1. Manage Production Quality 生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量管理
● Check the implementation of site quality management requirements, which include inspection plan, CMM inspection requirements, inspection records, etc. Ensure that quality standards and inspection processes are effectively implemented on site.
對現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量管理要求(檢驗(yàn)計(jì)劃,CMM檢驗(yàn)要求, 檢驗(yàn)記錄等)的執(zhí)行情況進(jìn)行檢查審核,確保質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和檢驗(yàn)流程在現(xiàn)場的有效實(shí)施;
● Coordinate the handling of quality issues on site, organize cause analysis and develop improvement measures. Participate in quality meetings and follow up the closed loop resolution of quality issues.
協(xié)調(diào)現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量問題的處理,組織原因分析并制定改善措施,參與質(zhì)量會議,跟蹤質(zhì)量問題的閉環(huán)解決;
● Defective products are handled on site to ensure that defective products are effectively labelled, segregated, judged, received into the defective product library and processed through the system for DMR.
現(xiàn)場不良品的處理,確保不良品進(jìn)行有效地標(biāo)識、隔離、判定、收到不良品庫,系統(tǒng)做DMR處理;
● Monitor and analyze the machining scrap rate and the cost of producing poor quality, and implement continuous quality improvement measures to reduce machining PPM and COPQ.
監(jiān)控、分析加工報(bào)廢率和生產(chǎn)不良質(zhì)量成本,采取措施進(jìn)行質(zhì)量不斷改進(jìn),降低加工的PPM和COPQ.
● Raise quality awareness among employees and develop quality incentives and penalties. Organize regular training on methods of measurement, proper use of gauges, etc.
提高員工的質(zhì)量意識,制訂質(zhì)量獎勵和懲罰機(jī)制;定期組織培訓(xùn)測量方法,量具的正確使用等。
2. Reduce Production Costs 降低生產(chǎn)成本
● Verify the accuracy of production labor reporting data. Correct misreporting and omission of work to ensure accuracy of Epicor data and monitor production efficiency. Check the OEE achievement rate through dashboard and analyze the reasons for the impact. Control the number of changeovers to reduce X man-hours.
核查生產(chǎn)報(bào)工數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性,對于錯(cuò)報(bào)工及漏報(bào)工等情況進(jìn)行及時(shí)糾正,確保Epicor數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)效率,通過dashboard檢查OEE達(dá)成率,分析影響的原因,控制換型的次數(shù),減少X工時(shí)的產(chǎn)生;
● Reduce the number of tools received through tool life control. Make good use of old tools for new ones, analyze the reasons for faster consumption of tools and propose solutions.
通過刀具壽命控制減少刀具的領(lǐng)用數(shù)量,做好刀具以舊換新,對消耗較快的刀具分析原因,提出解決方案
● Monitor the amount of cutting fluid used for each piece of equipment. Register the quantity and brand of each equipment refill. Check cutting fluid refill once a week.
監(jiān)控每臺設(shè)備的切削液用量,每臺設(shè)備加注數(shù)量和品牌進(jìn)行登記,每周檢查一次切削液加注情況,對使用切削液
3. Improve Productivity提高生產(chǎn)效率
● Monitor production plan completion rate and require employees to report work timely and accurately. Find the personnel whose plan completion rate is not up to the standard to understand the reasons for the impact, such as equipment failure repair time is more than 30 minutes, arrange the employee to go to other equipment machining. Provide timely feedback to the Technical Department on tooling and fixture issues and machining parameter issues so that they can be resolved in a timely manner.
監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃完成率數(shù)據(jù),要求員工報(bào)工要及時(shí)和準(zhǔn)確,找計(jì)劃完成率未達(dá)標(biāo)的人員了解影響原因,比如設(shè)備故障修復(fù)時(shí)間大于30分鐘的,則安排去其他設(shè)備加工;刀具和夾具問題及加工參數(shù)問題及時(shí)反饋給技術(shù)部,得到及時(shí)解決;
● Strictly follow the standard process of material flow, including the use of Kanban cards to collect materials and forklift drivers to dispense materials according to the specified time to ensure the continuity of production.
嚴(yán)格按照物料流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程操作,使用看板卡領(lǐng)料,叉車司機(jī)按照規(guī)定時(shí)間配料,保證生產(chǎn)的連續(xù)性;
● Implement the performance appraisal system. Reward employees for overachievement in performance and talk to those who do not meet the standards. Make an improvement plan and focus on their performance in the next month.
積極執(zhí)行績效考核制度,對超額完成任務(wù)的員工進(jìn)行績效獎勵,對沒有達(dá)標(biāo)的員工進(jìn)行談話,做出改進(jìn)計(jì)劃,并在下個(gè)月重點(diǎn)關(guān)注他們的績效情況。
● Employees are encouraged to make reasonable suggestions, such as suggestions to improve efficiency, quality and safety.
鼓勵員工提出合理化建議,比如提高效率、提高質(zhì)量、提高安全等方面的建議。
4. Enhance Staff Training 加強(qiáng)員工培訓(xùn)
● Induction training is provided to new employees in accordance with the employee skills management process, such as training on the risks of operating positions, equipment operation, equipment maintenance, parts machining process, clamping operations and workpiece inspection.
對入職新員工按照員工技能管理流程做新員工入職培訓(xùn),比如操作崗位的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)須知培訓(xùn),設(shè)備操作培訓(xùn),設(shè)備維護(hù)保養(yǎng)培訓(xùn),零件加工工藝培訓(xùn),裝夾操作和工件檢驗(yàn)等相關(guān)的培訓(xùn)
● According to the actual operating skills of the staff to do production internal rotation training. Formulate the rotation training plan, arrange qualified trainers to give training to the rotating staff and test the training results. Let the staff master more skills and improve the operation level.
根據(jù)員工實(shí)際的操作技能情況做生產(chǎn)內(nèi)部輪崗培訓(xùn),制定輪崗培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,安排有資歷的培訓(xùn)師給輪崗員工培訓(xùn)并檢驗(yàn)培訓(xùn)結(jié)果,讓員工掌握更多的技能,提高員工操作水平;
● By training employees on work order management process and material flow process, employees can clearly understand the production process operation steps and operation requirements to reduce unnecessary waiting time.
通過對員工進(jìn)行工單管理流程和物料流程的培訓(xùn),讓員工清楚了解生產(chǎn)過程操作步驟及操作要求,減少不必要的等待時(shí)間。
5. Ensure Safe Production 抓好安全生產(chǎn)
● Organize production department staff to do risk source identification, develop risky project improvement measures and be responsible for the implementation and closure of improvement projects.
組織生產(chǎn)部員工做危險(xiǎn)源識別,制訂風(fēng)險(xiǎn)項(xiàng)目改進(jìn)措施,并負(fù)責(zé)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施和關(guān)閉;
● Work in accordance with the production safety management system. If any violation is found, stop it in time, fill in the STOP card, criticize and educate, and assess it according to the corresponding articles of the staff manual.
按照安全生產(chǎn)管理制度生產(chǎn)作業(yè),發(fā)現(xiàn)有違規(guī)行為及時(shí)制止,填寫STOP卡,并批評教育,按照員工手冊相應(yīng)條款進(jìn)行考核;
● By signing the Work Safety Responsibility Letter with the workshop staff, to improve the staff's awareness of work safety.
通過與車間員工簽訂安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任書,提高員工安全生產(chǎn)意識;
6. Manage 5S on site現(xiàn)場5S管理
● Organize on-site management for management personnel, the inspection includes safe production operation, material marking, material box arrangement, on-site hygiene (including inside and outside the machine), self-inspection record and equipment point inspection record filling. On-site scoring, as 5S performance assessment basis.
組織管理人員現(xiàn)場走動管理,檢查內(nèi)容包括:安全生產(chǎn)操作、物料標(biāo)識、物料箱擺放、現(xiàn)場衛(wèi)生(包括機(jī)內(nèi)和機(jī)外)、自檢記錄和設(shè)備點(diǎn)檢記錄填寫情況等,并現(xiàn)場打分,作為5S績效考核依據(jù);
● Develop 5S standards for each area, make standard visual maps, train staff and follow the requirements.
制定各個(gè)區(qū)域的5S標(biāo)準(zhǔn),做出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)目視圖,培訓(xùn)員工并按照要求執(zhí)行。

B. Qualification Requirements 任職要求
1. Education Level教育水平:
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical 機(jī)械類??萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷
2. Experiences經(jīng)驗(yàn):
3 years working experience in related field. Production management experience in foreign company is preferred.
3年相關(guān)領(lǐng)域/公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有外企生產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮
3. Skills技能:
● Professional skills 專業(yè)能力
Experience in production management, parts machining process, tooling and jigs. Familiar with machining equipment such as machining centers CNC lathes drilling and milling machines.
有生產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),零件加工工藝,工裝和刀具等經(jīng)驗(yàn);熟悉機(jī)械加工設(shè)備,比如加工中心數(shù)控車床鉆床銑床等。
● Computer skills 計(jì)算機(jī)能力
Skilled in operating computers.
