崗位職責(zé):
1. 文檔與資料管理 Document and Data Management
? 負(fù)責(zé)維修部門(mén)各類(lèi)文件、表格、檔案的收集、整理、歸檔及發(fā)放工作,確保資料完整性。
Responsible for collecting, organizing, archiving, and distributing various documents, forms, and files in the maintenance department to ensure the integrity of the information.
? 跟進(jìn)工程資料、合同文件、材料報(bào)審等流程,協(xié)助完成部門(mén)內(nèi)業(yè)工作(如聯(lián)系單、通知單、圖紙收發(fā))。
Follow up on the process of engineering data, contract documents, material approval, etc., and assist in completing departmental work (such as contact forms, notices, and drawing sending and receiving).
? 管理設(shè)備臺(tái)賬、維修記錄及固定資產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),定期更新維護(hù)。
Manage equipment ledger, maintenance records, and fixed asset database, and regularly update and maintain them.
2. 維修支持與協(xié)調(diào) Maintenance support and coordination
? 協(xié)助部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)人跟蹤項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度,確保設(shè)施設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行及客戶(hù)報(bào)修服務(wù)的日常管理。
Assist department heads in tracking project progress, ensuring the normal operation of facilities and equipment and daily management of customer repair services.
? 配合工程師完成故障處理、維修作業(yè),登記維修信息并做好工單記錄。
Collaborate with engineers to complete fault handling and maintenance tasks, register maintenance information, and keep work order records.
3. 行政與內(nèi)勤事務(wù) Administrative and internal affairs
? 負(fù)責(zé)辦公用品申領(lǐng)及采購(gòu)、費(fèi)用報(bào)銷(xiāo)、部門(mén)團(tuán)建活動(dòng)組織。
Responsible for applying for and purchasing office supplies, expense reimbursement, and organizing departmental team building activities.
? 維護(hù)辦公環(huán)境。
Maintain the office environment.
4. 服務(wù)與溝通Service and Communication
? 登記維修需求,跟進(jìn)回訪服務(wù),處理投訴反饋。
Register maintenance needs, follow up on follow-up services, and handle complaints and feedback.
? 對(duì)接其他部門(mén)協(xié)調(diào)資源,確??绮块T(mén)工作高效推進(jìn)。
Coordinate resources with other departments to ensure efficient progress of cross departmental work.
任職要求:
教育背景Education Background:
大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷,行政管理、文秘或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。
College degree or above, preferably in administrative management, secretarial or related majors.
技能要求Skill requirements:
?熟練使用Word、Excel、PPT等辦公軟件,具備基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)處理能力。
Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc., with basic data processing skills.
?熟悉工程資料管理系統(tǒng)優(yōu)先,SAP,MES,EAM。
Familiarity with engineering data management systems is preferred, SAP,MES,EAM.
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)Work experience:
1年以上文員、資料員或相關(guān)行政崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn),有維修/工程行業(yè)背景更佳。
More than 1 year of experience as a clerk, document clerk, or related administrative position, preferably with a background in the maintenance/engineering industry.
