Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the VE Team (disciplinary and technical) with good leadership, motivate and grow the team.
2. Responsible for VE lab management, equipment maintenance and PVD sample storage.
3. Analyze and valuate customer requirements (environment and EMC test requirement).
4. Develop and create EMC and environment test plan according national, international and customer requirements.
5. Communication to customers to get test plan approval.
6. Execution verification and validation tests according to test plan, national and international requirements.
7. Create test reports and reports to customers.
8. Responsibility coordination timing assigned projects and manage it.
9. Support and advisory function in pre-development phase to series production (Engineering, industrial engineering, test engineering, manufacturing engineering).
10. Support FMEAS from validation perspective.
11. Evaluation of concepts, prototypes and pre-series samples.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree and above in electronics or similar expertise.
2. Experience in electronics/automotive component mechanical design.
3. Experience in verification and validation.
4. Know how in automotive test specification and automotive interfaces.
5. 2-3 years of experience / serving in a role managing technical staff and processes
6. Basic oral English requirement, written English is proficient.
7. Strong self-motivation, driving for results.
