崗位要求:
1. Order and shipment registration, monthly reconciliation with customers, invoicing, and entry of invoices into spreadsheets the ERP system.
2. Communication with customers, responding to messages, verifying shipment status and in-transit order quantities, and following up on workshop deliveries.
3 Receipt of new orders, organizing order materials, awaiting technical confirmation, and then issuing order emails and entering them into the ERP system.
4. Customer quoting: paper quoting and quoting within the customer's system.
5. Organizing and returning all contract documents for orders.
6. Communicating with customers for the recovery of screen.
7. Filling out various survey forms sent by customers.
8. Preparing customs clearance documents and booking shipping for international customers. 9. Creating customer contract forms and customer satisfaction survey forms.
10. Assisting technical services with couriering materials, querying order information and shipment status.
11. Willingness travel under special circumstances and to undertake other tasks assigned by the leader.
個(gè)人要求:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least one year of relevant experience, preference for majors in marketing, business administration, or other related fields, exceptional candidates may have relaxed requirements.
2. Open-minded and good at communication, excellent teamwork skills, capable of completing tasks independently as well as working in a team.
3. Proficient in business English, able to communicate with overseas customers fluently and handle overseas orders.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM ~ 5:30 PM, single and double days off
崗位要求:
1、訂單與出貨登記,每月跟客戶對賬開票,發(fā)票錄入表格和ERP系統(tǒng)。
2、跟客戶溝通回復(fù)信息,核對出貨情況和在途訂單量,跟進(jìn)車間出貨。
3、收到新訂單,整理訂單資料待技術(shù)確認(rèn)后下發(fā)訂單郵件,錄ERP系統(tǒng)。
4、客戶報(bào)價(jià):紙質(zhì)報(bào)價(jià),客戶系統(tǒng)里報(bào)價(jià)。
5、所有訂單的合同整理回傳。
6、跟客戶溝通,回收網(wǎng)框。
7、填寫客戶發(fā)過來的各類調(diào)查資料。
8、國外客戶出貨做報(bào)關(guān)資料訂艙。
9、做客戶合同評審表和客戶滿意度調(diào)查表。
10、幫技服快遞輔材,查詢訂單信息和出貨情況。
11、能接受特殊情況下的出差,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他事情。
個(gè)人要求:
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,一年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),市場營銷、商務(wù)管理或其它相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮,特別優(yōu)秀的可適當(dāng)放寬要求,
2、性格開朗且善于溝通,有良好的協(xié)助能力,能獨(dú)立完成工作,同時(shí)也具備團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)助精神;
3、熟練掌握商務(wù)英語,夠流利地與海外客戶進(jìn)行溝通交流并處理海外訂單
工作時(shí)間:8:00~17:30 單雙休
