組織和運(yùn)行工廠產(chǎn)品管理工作
關(guān)鍵職責(zé):
·深刻理解本公司產(chǎn)品的銷售賣點,定期培訓(xùn)銷售人員
·理解競爭對手市場動態(tài),并對本公司產(chǎn)品開放提出相應(yīng)建議
·審批產(chǎn)品管理文件,包括產(chǎn)品描述,產(chǎn)品手冊等
·定期培訓(xùn)員工,向客戶做產(chǎn)品介紹
·參加價格表發(fā)布的工作
·產(chǎn)品非標(biāo)申請的支持
崗位要求:
教育背景及專業(yè)知識
大學(xué)本科或等同學(xué)歷水平及以上
相關(guān)經(jīng)驗
3年以上機(jī)械制造行業(yè)產(chǎn)品管理工作經(jīng)驗
語言能力
良好的英語說、寫能力
其他要求
1.理工科相關(guān)教育背景
2.優(yōu)秀的交流和協(xié)調(diào)能力
Position Objectives:
· Organize and operate plant product management
Key Responsibilities:
·To understand our products’ sales arguments and train sales staff
·To understand competitor market dynamics, and advise on the development of our products
·To approve product documents, incl. product descriptions, brochures, manuals
·To train employees and introduce products to customers regularly
·To participate in Price list adjusting and issuing
·Support on non-standard application from sales
Position Qualification Requirement:
Education
Bachelor or equivalent education level
Relevant Experience
3+ years’ working experience in product management in mechanical fabrication industry
Language Skills
both oral & written English
Other Requirement
1. Science and Engineering background
2. Be good at communication and coordination
