Key Responsibilities: ? Direct customer engagement in quoting/ordering reviews/discussions ? Provide advice on the setting up or selection of contracting entity, billing, ordering options and process, especially for non-standard solutions ? Respond to Organic Growth Quote & Renewal requests and qualify the request options before raising Quoto ? Manage quotations via QuoTO till closure ? Use the company related tools for Change scenarios, Pricing & margin focus ? Work closely with order management team in ensuring GOLD orders & invoices are processed timely ? Assist in resolving billing disputes, facilitate face-to-face discussions where needed ? Maintain customer inventory document and record ? Coordinate with internal functions to resolve the issues in QTC process (Finance\billing\AR\Legal\Sales\TDT\COCM\Delivery team) ? Familiar with the company tools in QTC process Orange Restricted Skills/ Experience profile ? Minimum of 3-5 years related work experience in Sales operation, commercial management, business administration within the Telecom or IT industry and prior experience in Sales operation activities will be highly recommended. ? Ability to act diplomatically within a difficult and demanding client environment under tight financial- and operational restraints. ? High responsibility ? Excellent communication skills ? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines ? Proficiency in English and Mandarin language essential ? Good IT skills. In particular proficiency in Excel is essential ?
