職位描述

主要要求
1、電子、通信、儀器儀表類本科以上學(xué)歷，5年以上測試工作經(jīng)驗； Bachelor degree or above in electronics, communications, instrumentation, more than 5 years of test work experience.
2、能非常了解常見的測試上的問題，能有效地帶領(lǐng)并指導(dǎo)工程師進行設(shè)計和解決技術(shù)難題； Able to understand the common test problems very well, and to effectively lead and guide engineers to design and solve technical problems.
3、有優(yōu)秀的人際溝通能力和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力，出色的項目管理技能； Have excellent interpersonal communication skills and leadership skills, excellent project management skills.
