Position Background
According to the overall structure of our group, this position serves our wholly-owned subsidiary, Baimeida Pharmaceutical Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Therefore, we require candidates to have solid practical experience in accounting of commercial companies and be able to quickly adapt to the work independently.
Job Description:
The main responsibilities include daily financial work, financial planning and analysis, contract review, expense reimbursement review, and issuance of sales invoices. Specifically, that main task include but not limited to the following issue:
- Monthly and annual accounting work, maintaining an effective financial process for accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- Conducting tax filings in accordance with company policies and tax laws, maintaining tax compliance;
- Reviewing sales orders and issuing sales invoices together with the business team, ensuring consistency between the two and alignment with shipping documents;
- Collaborating with the sales department to promptly prepare sales reports, sales budgets, and sales forecasts;
- Reviewing and verifying individual expense claims through the Rydoo system to ensure that the claims are reasonable and in line with policy requirements;
- Reviewing sales contracts to ensure accurate calculation and recording of revenue, profits, rebates, discounts, and rewards;
- Following up on deposit payments, returns, and service fees for key customers in accordance with customer sales agreements;
- Assisting in operational cost analysis - reporting actual situations and preparing budgets/predictions;
- Participating in the review of new customer agreements, working with the sales manager to calculate sales and profits;
- Through collaboration with various departments, understanding and quantifying payments and their respective timeline, assisting in formulating cash flow plans.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. Good reading and writing skills in English. Fluency in spoken English is preferred;
3. Candidates with experience in accounting in foreign enterprises will be given priority;
4. Familiarity with commercial trade business is preferred;
5. Excellent data processing skills in Excel;
6. Strong execution ability, and able to complete tasks with high quality before the deadline.
