Responsibility:
1. Coordinate and perform activities in line with Bufab’s Supplier Quality Manual and customer’s requirements, including PPAP, RoHS, REACH files & material certificate etc.根據(jù)Bufab的供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量手冊和客戶的要求協(xié)調(diào)和執(zhí)行活動,包括PPAP、RoHS、REACH文件和材料證書等。
2. Support business development process by working closely with sales & sourcing department at product introduction stage.在產(chǎn)品介紹階段與銷售和采購部門密切合作,支持業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)過程。
3. Investigate, analyze and resolve supplier quality problems by conducting audits, analyzing defect trends and leading continuous improvement projects. Perform periodical supplier visits and follow up all the abnormal items to drive for quality excellence.通過開展審計、分析缺陷趨勢和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)持續(xù)改進(jìn)項目,調(diào)查、分析和解決供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量問題。定期拜訪供應(yīng)商,跟蹤所有異常項目,以推動質(zhì)量卓越。
4. Push & assist suppliers to submit 8D report or other improvement plan timely according to Bufab’s requirements once receiving customer concerns.一旦收到客戶的擔(dān)憂,推動并協(xié)助供應(yīng)商根據(jù)Bufab的要求及時提交8D報告或其他改進(jìn)計劃。
5. Resolve supplier technical issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply. 及時解決供應(yīng)商技術(shù)問題,確保供應(yīng)的連續(xù)性。
6. Work with purchasing to ensure supplier performance is regularly reported while appropriate and timely corrective actions are implemented.與采購部門合作,確保定期報告供應(yīng)商績效,同時實施適當(dāng)及時的糾正措施。
7. Continuously drive, track and review supplier’s performance, and report out monthly, using supplier scorecard with the aim to improve product quality. 使用供應(yīng)商記分卡,持續(xù)推動、跟蹤和審查供應(yīng)商的績效,并每月報告,以提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
8. Strategically lead supplier performance improvement projects to increase supplier’s overall capability, coach supplier to improve both their sense and skill in quality assurance.戰(zhàn)略性地領(lǐng)導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商績效改進(jìn)項目,提高供應(yīng)商的整體能力,指導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商提高質(zhì)量保證意識和技能。
9. Identify improvement opportunities, actively participate in company’s continuous improvement projects.識別改進(jìn)機會,積極參與公司的持續(xù)改進(jìn)項目。
10. Be a key person in the internal and external audits and improve findings at corespoding scope.成為內(nèi)部和外部審計的關(guān)鍵人物,在核心審計范圍內(nèi)改進(jìn)審計結(jié)果。
11. Report for any QEHS risk whenever discovered during daily works, propose and implement solutions. 報告日常工作中發(fā)現(xiàn)的任何QEHS風(fēng)險,提出并實施解決方案。
12. Act as internal trainer to share knowledge and deliver internal training to other colleagues. 擔(dān)任內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)師,向其他同事分享知識并提供內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)。
13. Other task assigned by the manager/company. 經(jīng)理/公司分配的其他任務(wù)。
14. Frequent travelling is required. 需要經(jīng)常出差。
Education & Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, major in engineering or material is preferred.大專以上學(xué)歷,工程或材料專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2. Minimum 5 years quality experience with at least 3 years as a SQE in a manufacturing environment.至少5年質(zhì)量經(jīng)驗,至少3年制造環(huán)境中的SQE。
3. Good knowledge in ISO9001 and QS9000 or TS16494. Internal auditor is a plus. 熟悉ISO9001和QS9000或TS16494。內(nèi)部審計師優(yōu)先。
4. Experience with process controls and quality tools, such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, 8D, etc.具有SPC、DOE、FMEA、8D等過程控制和質(zhì)量工具的經(jīng)驗。
5. Knowledge of quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general manufacturing operations.質(zhì)量和可靠性概念、供應(yīng)商管理和一般制造操作方面的知識。
6. Experience in fastener /small part industry desirable, plating and heat treatment knowledge is a plus.有緊固件/小零件行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先,有電鍍和熱處理知識者優(yōu)先。
7. Good command of English reading and writing, oral speaking is a plus. 良好的英語讀寫能力,口語優(yōu)先。
8. Good computer literacy, familiar with MS office software, good Excel skill is a plus. 良好的計算機知識,熟悉微軟辦公軟件,熟練使用Excel軟件者優(yōu)先。
