新員工培訓(xùn)技術(shù)崗培訓(xùn)管理層培訓(xùn)內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)制造業(yè)培訓(xùn)
崗位職責(zé):
1、制定和完善公司培訓(xùn)管理制度、程序等規(guī)范性文件;
1. Formulate and improve the company
s training management system, procedures and other normative documents;
2、收集公司年度培訓(xùn)需求,樹立培訓(xùn)計劃并跟蹤實施情況;
2. Collect the company
s annual training needs, establish training plans and track their implementation.
3、組織實施員工入職培訓(xùn),監(jiān)督部門培訓(xùn)和上崗證培訓(xùn)落實情況;
3. Organize and implement employee onboarding training, and supervise the implementation of departmental training and on-the-job certificate training.
4、組織實施新人導(dǎo)師制,確保導(dǎo)師制實際實施效果,加快新人學(xué)習(xí)和融入速度;
4. Organize and implement the new employee mentorship system to ensure its actual implementation effect and accelerate the learning and integration speed of new employees.
5、重點跟進(jìn)車間新作業(yè)員二級、三級培訓(xùn)的實際實施效果,確保培訓(xùn)效果真實有效落地;
5. Focus on following up on the actual implementation effect of the second and third-level training for new operators in the workshop to ensure that the training results are truly and effectively implemented.
6、根據(jù)當(dāng)前問題和矛盾突出點,針對性組織開展年度項目型培訓(xùn);
6. Based on the current problems and prominent contradictions, organize and carry out targeted annual project-based training.
7、編制公司級培訓(xùn)教材,負(fù)責(zé)講授公司級培訓(xùn)課程;
7. Compile company-level training materials and be responsible for teaching company-level training courses;
8、甄選公司內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)講師,建立講師聘用和管理制度;
8. Select internal training instructors for the company and establish a lecturer employment and management system;
9、評估培訓(xùn)效果,改進(jìn)培訓(xùn)形式和方法,建立學(xué)員培訓(xùn)檔案;
9. Evaluate the training effect, improve the training forms and methods, and establish training files for trainees;
10、落實總部培訓(xùn)制度,反饋執(zhí)行意見并改進(jìn)實施;
10. Implement the training system of the headquarters, provide feedback on the implementation opinions and improve the implementation.
11、完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交付的其它任務(wù)。

任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷;
1. Bachelor degree or above,
2、5年以上大型制造業(yè)培訓(xùn)負(fù)責(zé)人崗位工作經(jīng)驗;
2.5+ years of experience in large-scale manufacturing in training.
3、溝通能力強(qiáng),有授課技能;
3. Strong communication skills and teaching abilities;
4、具備良好的計劃、組織、執(zhí)行、溝通能力。
4.Good planning, organization, execution and communication skills.
