崗位職責(zé):
崗位內(nèi)容:
1、 根據(jù)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃目標(biāo),負(fù)責(zé)建立、修訂和完善薪資績(jī)效管理體系、制度;

s strategic development planning goals, be responsible for establishing, revising and improving the salary and performance management system and regulations;
2、負(fù)責(zé)公司薪資核算工作,建立復(fù)核機(jī)制并持續(xù)優(yōu)化完善;

s salary calculation work, establish a review mechanism and continuously optimize and improve it.
3、負(fù)責(zé)分析公司人工成本產(chǎn)值及薪資體系的激勵(lì)效果,提出薪資政策調(diào)整建議;
3. Be responsible for analyzing the incentive effect of the company
s labor cost output value and salary system, and put forward suggestions for adjusting salary policies.
4、負(fù)責(zé)計(jì)件工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,主導(dǎo)計(jì)件工資分析優(yōu)化,推進(jìn)計(jì)件工資核算系統(tǒng)化;
4. Be responsible for the standardization of piece-rate wages, lead the analysis and optimization of piece-rate wages, and promote the systematization of piece-rate wage accounting.
5、負(fù)責(zé)組織公司開展外部薪酬水平調(diào)研,保持薪酬對(duì)外競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;
5. Be responsible for organizing the company to conduct external salary level research and maintain the competitiveness of salaries externally.
6、負(fù)責(zé)組織開展績(jī)效指標(biāo)分解和修訂工作,制定年度和季度績(jī)效考核計(jì)劃;
6. Be responsible for organizing and carrying out the decomposition and revision of performance indicators, and formulating annual and quarterly performance assessment plans;
7、負(fù)責(zé)收集績(jī)效數(shù)據(jù),開展績(jī)效考評(píng),并對(duì)績(jī)效考核進(jìn)行分析匯總、審查;
7. Be responsible for collecting performance data, conducting performance evaluations, and analyzing, summarizing and reviewing the performance appraisals.
8、負(fù)責(zé)組織各部門開展績(jī)效溝通工作,持續(xù)優(yōu)化績(jī)效考核邏輯、制度落地;
8. Be responsible for organizing all departments to carry out performance communication work, continuously optimizing the logic of performance assessment and the implementation of the system.
任職要求:
1、 本科及以上學(xué)歷;
1. Bachelor degree or above,
2、5年以上制造業(yè)薪資績(jī)效模塊經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2.5+ years of experience in large-scale manufacturing in Salary and Performance module.
3、具有現(xiàn)代人力資源管理、勞動(dòng)法律法規(guī)、合同法等方面培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3. Have training experience in modern human resource management, labor laws and regulations, contract law, etc.
4、較強(qiáng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,良好的溝通能力和協(xié)調(diào)能力。
